I'd like to express my utmost gratitude for the services prepared by the Perman Funeral Home. Being close to my mother, I knew that her viewing/funeral would be some of the most devastating days of my life. Because Frank and Jesse came into our lives, these events became a treasured memorial for my lost loved one. Both went out of their way to ensure every single detail of both the viewing and mass was handled professionally, gracefully, with genuine care and compassion, and with respect. Frank and Jesse thought through everything and helped us prepare at a time when we could hardly function. I felt as though they were truly grieving with us. I'd be remiss if I did not also speak to their facility. It is well cared for, appropriately laid out to ensure privacy when needed, and clean and comforting. I am so appreciative of their commitment to their trade and to the services for my mom.

Everyone here was fantastic and compassionate when arranging the services for my Uncle (Fr. Ed Schleicher). They were able to meet all the extraordinary demands that went along with the particular services required. This was a funeral for a Priest, a Veteran, and a Knight of Columbus, not forgetting to mention a Brother and an Uncle.
They went above and beyond in every aspect that they could, and they did it because they truly cared. Not at any single moment did it feel like they were there because it was their job. In fact, every step of the way it felt like they were just a part of our family.

Thank you to Mrs. Perman; you are a true gem in this crazy world.

Thank you to Frank; you walked with us every step of the way and never left our side. I can only imagine how proud your father is of you.

Thank you to Jesse; your amazing spirit shines bright and gave us all the hope, comfort, and peace that we needed.

We were truly blessed and will be forever grateful for what you all did for my Uncle, my family, and all of his friends and colleagues. Every single person I have talked to since has told me that this was one of the most beautiful services they have ever attended. Fr. Ed would be proud of you all.

It is with great gratitude I write this review.. Frank and Jesse have been absolutely Wonderful throughout this difficult time in my life. My mother recently passed very unexpectedly.. They helped this process go as smooth as possible for Me and my Family. I couldn't be happier with the work they do! They are professional, compassionate, and wholesome with a genuine glow.

To give you some context, 18 years ago my brother had passed away, he was a young child. It was tragic.. Frank opted to host the funeral and the services included for FREE! THAT was an amazing thing for us as a family at that time. I will never forget that.. I was quite young while all of this happened, and to this day I knew that I was to pay it forward to Frank some day.. Although, with my mother passing it was a little too soon.. Bless her soul. She was a wonderful woman to me.

They are very communicative, and extremely approachable. I would consider something of this magnitude in your life as to the level of bedside manner and care you receive at a hospital; And they really do treat you as such! Frank, Jesse, and the others in the office / crew are all amazing people, very genuine, and caring.

On a random side note, I was sharing an emotional conversation with Jesse during all of this occurring, and she found herself producing tears during the story. THAT is what people need to seek for during these hard times in your life. To see that others are willing to pour themselves into your shoes and FEEL what is happening to you.. With that being said, everybody there is extremely compassionate and care a lot about their line of work, all the while maintaining emotional intelligence to the highest caliber.

They took an amazing level of care of my Mother, I felt at ease that my Mother was in their hands during her transition.

To tie this review with a Bow, I tip my hat to everybody at Perman Funeral Home. They are truly top notch, while boasting VERY REASONABLE PRICES and options. They really care.. A lot.. If you are having a difficult time with all of the transitions of losing a loved one; They are Johnny on the spot with the correct emotionally intelligent decision. You can trust them in your most vulnerable times..

Frank and Jesse's handling of our father's arrangements went beyond our expectations during a difficult time. Every detail (including our requests and items we were not even aware of) was taken care of in the most professional manner. What they were able to accomplish in a short period of time was astounding. Everything they did was very much appreciated and allowed us as a family to honor our father in a way he would have approved of. We would recommend Perman Funeral Home to anyone who is looking to have their loved one honored while making it as easy on the family as possible.

I truly can’t say enough about Perman’s and my good experience. Although my Mom had prepaid and arranged everything before her sudden death there were still so many little details that needed tended to. The staff could not be kinder and more helpful even with the flowers and guiding us to a place for the wake and celebration of her life, which of course did not benefit them but so grateful for the help. Mr. Perman was there the funeral day and did a wonderful job speaking. His experience in the business really shines. They are professional, thoughtful and caring. They were just what I needed for my broken heart. Thank you.
