Everybody at Gilkey was very easy to work with, starting with our sales rep, Kent. All of my questions were answered and I did not feel pressured. Chris was very helpful when I was applying for HOA approval for the job. It took several months for the windows to be ready due to supply chain issues, but I received periodic updates on our status. And it was definitely worth the wait. Installation day went very smoothly. The installation crew was courteous, experienced, and hard-working. The windows are beautiful, easy to operate, and a huge improvement from our old, leaky, rotted ones. Also, some special trim elements had to be worked out for our bay window, and I am very pleased with the results. A+

The installers came on time and did an excellent job. They prepared the work area while removing the old window and installing the new Bow Window. I can’t say enough about both of the installers-master carpenters. We are completely satisfied with both the product and the installation!

These windows are lovely. The wooden frames around the windows are exactly the same size as the old so we do not need to do touch up paint except in a couple of dime size spots. The men cleaned up and there was no mess either inside or outside. They hauled the old windows away. I was very pleased with the service. We had 9 windows replaced.

Gilkey has always delivered with high quality product, installation and sales support. I don’t even bother getting other quotes because we have been so pleased with Ty our purchases. Gilkey is our only option for window and door replacement. Great people and great product.

Our experience with Gilkey was excellent from start to finish. We are very pleased with our new patio door. We were told that the projected install date would be early-mid August when we placed our order and the install was completed by the end of July. Installers did an excellent job and the quality of our door is excellent. We are very happy we went with Gilkey.
