German auto house rocks. I bought a range rover there and it was a great experience. When I went to do a test drive and before we even went out to start the vehicle Javan disclosed to me that the instrument cluster intermittently cuts out which it did not do during the test drive. Total honesty on Javans part. He took care of getting the part pulled sent off and repaired and it works great now. If you are looking for a vehicle German auto house is where you should start. You will not be disappointed.

Just purchased a 2016 Ford Transit cargo van for our business. All the staff at German Auto were extremely friendly and professional. The vehicle is just what we needed and Javan even worked with us after the deal was done to make sure we didn't have any issues with the van. He took the time to troubleshoot a couple issues over the phone when most other dealers wouldn't have bothered. Overall the vehicle is in pristine shape and we got a great deal. Much better than dealing with the other big dealerships in town when buying used. We will be back when we hopefully need another one for the business.

I bought my new Cadillac from German Auto House 2 weeks ago. My experience was amazing. After many test drives, I choice what i wanted. No pushy sales at all. From the moment i entered the store, staff patiently helped me. All of my questions were answered. I have never received such hospitality and treatment from a sales representative before. I could not recommend this business enough! They are reliable, fast, professional, trust worthy, transparent, and affordable. Javan went out of his way to help me get new tires for my car and I couldn't be more pleased. He explained everything, went over all my options, and was very transparent about the process and pricing. Back in March, I ordered a newer Lexus IS 250 with certain features and German Auto House made the vehicle available in three days. The whole process was very easy and pressure free. It is clear to me that German Auto House cares about its customers and would like to secure a long-term customer loyalty. I highly recommend German Auto House for car maintenance and repairs. I took my 2009 Acura MDX to Javon for tires and full maintenance inspection. Javon found me the best tires. He showed and explained to me all about the tires. I'm 52 and never knew how important tire maintenance is! Javon's mechanic did an amazing job with needed repairs. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate their kindness and flexibility with my schedule as well. See you again German Auto House!

I have owned over 150 or so cars, Never once bought one from a dealership before Javan made the process easy and fast. It was great to find someone in sales who is also extremely mechanically inclined to answer all my questions. Not only was the car he sold me in excellent shape but he was there for me a year later when the car needed some maintenance. Was able to locate oem parts for half of what the dealer quoted me.
I will continue to buy cars from German Auto House and recommend friends and family to them.

Javan runs the business, and is the business: He knows cars, deeply. Most any place you go to see cars, you find out as soon as you try to learn something about them that nobody in the whole dealership really knows anything, or cares. Javan does know, from the details of luxury cars you won't find in the manual, to useful insights on what car issues matter, and the best way to fix them, such as he has for me when working on a trade-in, and on a purchased car. You wind up saving a lot of money, getting the job done right, and being very happy you met Javan.

I have a great mechanic, and I like him a lot. I've known him for ten years, and he's owned his own shop for much longer. But Javan and his mechanic are every bit as on the ball, even more clever when it comes to smart fixes, and cost less. Much less.

When you go to German Auto House, there is no pressure. You are presented with every option, so that you can make a fully informed decision, but your decision belongs to just you. You can look at many cars, or only two or three, drive them, look at their complete CarFax, even take them to your mechanic. If you are serious, Javan is serious, and just as good at doing business as he is with the cars themselves. Better, even -- I don't know how he gets such good cars, with such a great ownership history, and in so many in such excellent condition!

You look around for used cars, and you discover some things. One large used car outlet, which rhymes with CarFax, seems to sell only cars that have a lien against them, and have very poor maintenance histories (those two seem to go together). Dealers may have good finds, but they charge too dang much for what they offer. Craigslist is interesting, but full of crazy people, and you never really know what you're getting. Javan, interestingly, can tell you something about the history of every car, and can back it up with documentation. I don't think he makes much on a given sale, but I think he makes it back in loyalty and word-of-mouth. Which has got to mean hard work, but that is what he does. I have never seen anyone do it better.

Javan's style is plainspoken -- what a relief! He'll answer your question with the actual answer. And, it is the truth; when you work with him you find out that the only way he does business is truthfully, because nothing else makes sense. If you are in the market to actually buy a car, well, it is hard to imagine anyone better to do business with.

I have traded in, and I have purchased, and I am now on the way to a second purchase from German Auto House. I have had bad times and good times at a dozen car dealerships over the years, but except for my mechanic and for Javan, I have never worked with anyone on a car or car purchase who I ever came to truly respect. This is why I am buying from Javan, again.

Conscientious auto repair shop! Car dealerships told me to replace my break pads, so I came to this auto shop to replace them. German auto house conscientiously told me that I had enough room left on my pads that break pad replacement was not recommended. I am glad that I did not get ripped off by the car dealerships!

Thought my car had a minor brake issue. Didn't know where to go and my friend recommended this place. Mechanics told me the brakes are in very good condition and the problem was the control arm which is still good to go for several more years. They did not try to rip me off like other shops. I was surprised at their honesty and their professionalism. Definitely recommend this place!
