Trlr rejected for a tweaked cross member at the tail end. By all standards this was a new trailer. Lady working at night was okay, it felt like she had been yelled at alot by drivers, so she was a bit idk distant or cold, ready for an argument to start but stayed polite. Or maybe it's that she tells people no all night long, a soul crushing job

This place is suck! Terrible! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TOO.
They're so rude. They'll said that wait for them to call you on the phone. Check make sure you have phone signal. In the paper work state that load/unload is 30 min I been there for 4hr. The trash inside the office with his sun glass on (inside the office) no sun he will ignored you.

Here's a how to guide for dry vans picking up paper like I did as a newbie. Hope this helps you guys (because there are literally no signs).

You come in off GA-273 which dead ends into the plant. There is one blue sign saying you need to go to the right. Which is correct!

You don't need to go over the scales. There isn't anyone in the scale house to help you regardless. To your left you'll see a dirt area where truckers are sleeping. Go that way.

You'll bypass the scales and come out onto an unsigned road. Go right and you'll see a mobile trailer with decking around it and a barn inspection area.

Don't check in. If you see an open dock, there are 4 of them, back in and slide your tandems to the rear. Leave doors closed and put your landing gear down. They require the landing gear because they want to make sure it works.

Take your pick up number to the platform, open your doors, sweep it out, and begin to pray that they'll love your trailer. The inspection is 360 inside and out.

Then sit and wait until they come out to inspect it. When done, you'll go to the trailer front door where they'll check you in and give you your dropped trailer number. Then there is a map to their drop lot on how they want trailers dropped.

After you get your loaded trailer, you go back to the trailer and get you paperwork and seal.

I apparently came in the exit my first time and so I don't even know where to loop around to the actual entrance to the inspection area. When you're leaving, you go past the scales and sleeping truckers to the gate and go left.

I mean, complete lack of signage here. I came in the middle of the night and the lighting was horrendous. You cannot find any employees to help you either. However, I do want to say that the ones who inspected me and got my paperwork was nice. I also didn't have a rejected trailer.

Good luck. This place needs new management. Watch out for the potholes in the drop lot and under the trailers where the drives sink into divets.

Good luck finding out where you're going unless you're hauling logs. Got their at night because that's how I run; very poorly light and bad placement of signs. The place smells aweful and has a content mist over it.
You'll have to clean out your trailer and have it inspected which takes some time, then if you're a drop and hook like me you'll have to bring your empty to the back of the drop lot and find your loaded at the front of it. Oh yeah, closest scale that does axle weight is about 30 miles into Alabama.
Good luck and don't get lost, oh and by the way their is a weigh station right out side of the place. Was closed when I went through but don't know if it is always or night, best make sure you're legal.

There's no way to really tell which way you need to go when you get here. There are different paths going every which way. When you finally get someone to tell you where to go, you've already wasted 30 minutes, and then you go to go waste more time sweeping out your trailer. That'll be at least another 30 mins since they inspect it with a fine tooth comb.
Place definitely needs better lighting, and better signs, we're not here to play.

I am a truck driver and since this NJ is a place that has to have stuff both hauled in and out by trucks seems like they would have some respect. They dont plus been sitting here for 3 hours for a load that was suppose to have been preloaded and ready to go when I got here.. wad told it was a live load.. 3 hours and they have loaded one truck.. the load consists of 7 rolls of paper.. no excuse for this type of poor service.

Well to start off I had a new trailer. Maybe 6 months old at tops. I would have eaten off the floor of this trailer it was so clean. AND yet every single bolt holding the floor to the cross members needed to be cleaned out as well. That took another hour out of my day. And rude as hell about it too. No cell service out there in the middle of nowhere. And too far from anywhere if you don't have more than a few hours left on your clock. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because at least the Porta potty had toilet paper.

The girls that inspect the trailers are terrible they are so rude and hateful. The reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because they have a young, blonde girl that works for security. She is probably the best employee they have. She's super sweet and very very professional and you can tell she isn't faking it like some of the others. The young lady kept me from telling my company to not send me there anymore. I hope that girl gets paid well so they can keep her. They need a few more of her. Because I've never seen a more unorganized company. Let alone the rudeness all truckers seem to have to go through at the inspection yard. GP really needs to get in check with these people.
