  Had a great experience with Gentspa for my wedding day bridal & bridal party hair & makeup! I also did a trial a few months prior. Danielle, manager, was easy to work with and offered a discounted group rate. She also arranged for our group appointment to start early at 7am to ensure a timely start for my 1pm ceremony. The salon staff made sure to get feedback from me to ensure all my ladies' looks were not only beautiful on each lady, but also created a cohesive bridesmaids' group look consistent with my vision. Gentspa is an excellent choice for a downtown Indy wedding!!!

  Best place in downtown Indy by far. I have gone there for over a year and love the way Mimi styles my hair. Great customer service and impeccable hairdressing skills.

  I have nothing but nice things to say about Gentspa! The level of service you receive when you walk in is outstanding, everyone is friendly and attentive to your presence. They are punctual and professional. I get my hair cut by Marty and he get's it right every time.
  
  I would also like to add to this review and say Mimi did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair today. She was friendly and receptive to the way i wanted my hair cut. Top Marks!

  Heather did my hair color/cut and I absolutely love it! She even showed me a really cool way to style my hair Bobby pins, great stylist and a great listener I will certainly be back!

  If you're needing a great cut and an awesome staff, look no further. I routinely make an appointment when I find the free time, about 3-4 hours beforehand, and GentSpa has never once failed to get me in at my requested time. Heather will get you the best eyebrow trim in Indy. If you're needing a cut, Gentspa is the spot.
