Went into this bike shop on three different occasions in search of a used hybrid bike. The first time, I was helped by Chad and he showed me what they happened to have in their used inventory. About a week later, I came in and was helped by the owner, Jim. He took quite a bit of time answering my questions and explaining to me the difference between several types of bikes. He also let me test ride a couple higher end bikes to compare to the used one I was considering. After doing my homework, and with two positive experiences under my belt at GBC, I decided to go ahead and purchase the used Trek. When picking up the bike, both Chad and Jim were busy helping other customers so I was helped by one of the other salesmen, who doesn't appear to be listed on the website. He did not seem to have the same enthusiasm and attitude as Chad or Jim and was not too helpful when trying to select a helmet. I was also considering an $8 water bottle holder for the bike, and I asked if it was possible if it could be thrown in considering I was buying a bike and a helmet. To this the salesman replied "We are not a used car lot." I thought this was a bit rudethere are much better ways to reply to a customer saying that they couldn't do that. Overall I didn't allow my experiences with this one sub-par salesman sour my opinion of this shop. I love the product selection, the attractive layout, and the energy and enthusiasm from all the other employees. Moreover, I love my bike and am happy with the fair price Jim set on it.

Very friendly local bike store. We rented bikes from them last year and the owner spent some time with us sketching out a route for the day, and recommended stops with great views and a lovely cheese shop for a pit stop. He even drew a nicely detailed map for us!

Chad did a excellent job fitting my specialized road bike.The bike shop in Rochester which I will not mention caused medical issues with a bad fit they performed.Chad corrected the isues with a proper bike fit.I will be a new customer. Thanks Chad for helping me so I can continue to ride.

Biking across country on an old 1984 Trek 520. Long story short, no one between Mass and Geneva, NY could solve my freewheel issues. These guys did in 30 mins. Top notch in my book. The mechanics are pros and work at lightning speed.
