  GEM Flowers is aptly named because they are exactly that - a GEM! I worked directly with Lonnie over the phone and felt so comfortable in my order. I needed to place a remote order for a colleague who lost her 12yo Shepherd-mix. Lonnie’s service went above and beyond with wonderful recommendations within my budget and a thoughtful card - exactly what I asked for. If you are looking for gorgeous arrangements with top quality service, this mom & pop operation should be at the top of your list! Lonnie, thank you for all your support!

  In a day of customer service gone by, this florist shines through with golden light! Truly remarkable service. My first (because there will be more) order with Gem Flowers was an order for the company where I work, which involved a LOT of details and communication (15 deliveries). Not only were the floral arrangements extraordinary and amazingly fresh, Lonnie and Gloria went BEYOND above and beyond to create and have them delivered in perfect timing, and the huge smiles on the recipients were proof of the beauty of the arrangements. I have ordered a lot of flowers over the years for my company (and personally), and Gem Flowers will now be my go-to florist whenever possible. Thank you, Gem Flowers!!

  Had the most exquisite anniversary flowers delivered from Gem Flowers in San Marcos that I've ever seen. They put 16 red roses in for the years behind us and 1 white rose for the year in front of us. How romantic! Every one of my friends and family gawked over them for weeks as the most beautiful arrangement of flowers (some I've never seen before!!). Thank you for making our anniversary extra meaningful and special, 100% recommend this shop! Delivered with care and a smile, thank you guys.

  What an amazing flower shop!! This morning my uncle passed away, I contacted a couple of flower shops that lead me to a corporate business that could not deliver same day flowers. I found gem flowers on google (mind you I live up north) and the owner answered and sent me pictures of an arrangement within our price range while we were on the phone. Within a couple hours they were hand delivered to my aunt. Once delivered he sent me a text with a picture of the flowers and that they were hand delivered. What an amazing small business to support!!! I wish I lived local because you would be my go to shop!

  I’ve been coming here all the time now when I go visit my mom at the cemetery. Flowers are amazing! Variety of flowers to choose from, I always want to buy them all. Owner is so awesome and knows what she is doing. I love this place and enjoy buying my moms flowers here. Needs more recognition!
