Driving down hwy64 when an awful noise started beneath my car. I was heading to Memphis, but knew something was wrong. It sounded like I was losing parts. I stopped an googled Mechanic near me and Gays came up approx. 2 miles from where I had pulled over. I traveled up the road to them and told them I had an awful noise coming from my car. Ed asked me where I was parked and he had Grady come out to look at it. Grady crawled under to look and immediately found the problem. It was the plastic oil pan cover. Grady drove it around to the bay, lifted the car, unscrew the broken cover, lowered the car, and they didn’t charge one dime. Now that is service that you just don’t see much anymore. That town should be very proud of those guys for taking care of an out of town person who was worried they were not going to make it to their destination that evening. Thanks Ed and Grady. You are wonderful people.
