Enjoy the Convention Center every Memorial Day for the Gaither Familyfest. Have been volunteering as ushers there for quite a few years. We have made some great friends from all over the U.S. and the world. We look forward to going back there each year.

This place is awesome, huge, clean convenient and it’s cold in here and there are a lot of people and lights so that’s better than the sometimes very hot because the AC can’t keep up.

Gatlinburg nice place, but keep in mind your business is TOURISIM which means BUSES! NO PARKING in town for BUSES??? They bring in people and should be able to park some where close. The drivers spend money just the same as the others.

It DOES MATTER! To hear a Convention Center employee say we have to watch the buses if you park here. What does it matter if you have to go out of the town to Smokey Mountain Welcome Center to park? Is pretty insulting!

What can you say, it's a convention center like most any other. The building was modern, clean and easily accessible. The area in downtown Gatlinburg where it's located is clean and safe. I've attended events there twice and had a great time.

Very nice location!! Attended a dance competition here, it was great we parked our car at our hotel when we arrived & the car didn't move until we headed home. Everything was within walking distance.

Attended a Conference held here. Everything there was nice ans clean. The staff was helpful. Parking is the only issue.

It has been a while since I've been to the Gatlinburg convention center. Parking is probably the first obstacle you will need to plan ahead for. If there is vacancy, you can find St. Mary Catholic Church just beyond the convention center on the right side of the road. $5 parking with no time limit and about a block and a half of walking makes their parking lot much better than most of the others surrounding the convention center.
The convention center itself is very nice. It depends on the event, of course, as to how much money you will spend here. BTW, the Jubilee conference is always a great time to go!

I mean it's a convention center, it's nice, nothing really wrong other than it can be confusing. Other than that it's good, good amenities, good rooms, it's just good.
