  Went in on a Monday to send off package using express 2 day shipping. Item didn't get sent off until Wednesday. It is now Friday and item has still not reached it's destination. Not the friendliest service at this location either. Straight to business. Don't expect service with a smille, "good afternoon", "thank you" or "have a nice day". Definitely don't expect your package to arrive on time.

  Great experience buying skates here for my son. He tried on 5 different skates before he found what he liked. Very patient and helpful staff.

  Had a horrible experience/felt ignored. Place looked/felt deserted and no one heard us coming in through the front door, which is their excuse for not helping us any sooner. Apparently not having someone upfront for 15mins. is justifable with that reason, especially when i got no apology for their mistake.
  
  Not enjoyable experience and I'd recommend another hockey store over this one any time.

  Outstanding service! They are a tiny store but they have a huge inventory. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great hockey store.
