My dog broke his dew claw and we are new to the area. I called and they said come right in, even though they were booked for the day. We waited only about 10 minutes when we got there and were out within 20 minutes. The staff was great with my little boy. We found our new vet!

I have had my cat for 15 years and have gone to several vets and this is by far the best facility I have ever been to. Fast and friendly staff who treat my cat with the best quality of care I have experienced. They're very lenient with rescheduling appointments and with having you in the room with your pet even when they suggest you wait in the waiting room. Reasonable prices and they have free samples of food and treats for both cats and dogs. Love this place!

This is the only place I feel great bringing my pet's. I have two dog's and one cat and they are all patients at Gardner Animal hospital. The service is great, clean location, very easy to get to. Staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I will recommend Gardner Animal hospital to anyone anytime. Thank you Gardner Animal hospital for helping our pets when they are not feeling well. And most of all thank you for your great support when our Pomeranian did pass. You were great. Thank you.

Used the overnight boarding services, my dog seemed happy and tired once we got home. No issues or concerns. Extra play time and walks are available for a fee, bring your own dog food or use theirs. Also have grooming services available.

To Dr. Hurley, Dr. Mike, Kim and Entire Staff: Thank you for providing many years of medical care and advice. Our Snowball lived to be 19 years old and passed on Dec. 23 2017. He will be deeply missed. Have a very Happy and healthy New Year!

The front desk staff are amazing but the male dr I saw seemed to be more concerned with doping my dog up with expensive medicines that may or may not work. Seems like times are tough and greed and/or money take precedence over pets. I'll take my children elsewhere. I was refused flea and tick medicine because I didn't do their $50.00 "wellness check" for a healthy pet even though I was just there a month ago for an appointment.

Friendly, personable staff! Everyone we have dealt with over the years has been great! They are very professional and always give the best care for our pets, they even call the day after an appointment to make sure you have no questions or concerns! Their obedience classes and doggy daycare program are great too!

Professional , always courteous, very helpful, great staff, genuine interest in your animal. I have been with them for many years, and when two of my dogs past, the staff was very empathetic and did everything to ease the burden of our loss, even received Sympathy cards from the staff! We just love this place! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional Veterinary service for your pets! Love, love, love them!❤👍👍👍👍👍🐶🐕

Dr Goodnow is the most caring and amazing vet ever!!! Impossible to find a vet for farm animals but his love and concern for all animals is 100% there and he always goes the second mile. He freely gave endless advice for our emu's eye injury as well as our constipated alpaca and many other health issues in the past. This man is a legend in the area and highly respected by other countless vets. We are so grateful to have him as our beloved doctor. I wish we could clone him!!!

    Good staff but horrible management!!
I used to work there and I can't understand why some staff stay as long as they do!! One of the owners is so stuck up that in the 2 years I worked there he maybe said 5 words to me! He is the most stuck up , unappreciative business owners I have ever seen and I have worked for some real jerks! They have no respect for any of their employees and now even video tape and voice record them at all times! I am glad I left before that happened! I would never work for a company that doesn't trust me! So ridiculous! I am pretty sure that's illegal too unless every single employee signs a waiver AND customers are SUPPOSED to be notified they are being recorded!! Of course they wouldn't tell anyone that! They don't care about the customers or their employees having any privacy! I think they are around animals too much because that's how they treat them!
Anyways the care they give the animals is good but the staff is most responsible for that, not the doctors or management. I wouldn't bring my pets there ever again mostly because I know how everyone is treated there and going back into that hospital would make me shake!

I'll admit I became annoyed that they told me the blood text would take 8 minutes and I sat and waited for 35 minutes. ..but they didn't up sell me or pressure me into buying expensive stuff because I told them I am poor, which is true :-( so, for much less cost than I thought, they quickly diagnosed and treated my chihuahua for lime disease and she's gonna be fine. I'd bring my pets back to this place before taking a chance at a different one.
