What are you waitng for come on down.
Enjoy the fantastic landscaping, the warm and friendly residents, the tons of volunteerism and opportunities, great restaurants. You get into a Cottage. Carriage house or great houses in Sycamore Springs. They also have fantastic apartments. The list goes on and on. One more thing the place runs like clockwork thanks to the staff and leadership.

We waited several years on the radar to live at GSV. It was worth the wait. There is so much to do and so many opportunities to volunteer. The people are friendly as are the staff and leadership. The campuses are clean, well lit, secure, and beautifully landscaped. Our first few months felt like we were on vacation. We should have moved here 10 years ago:)

Many retirement communities may equal our beautiful grounds and facilities, our dining services, other conveniences and luxuries -- but I have never ever found a STAFF to equal ours at Garden Spot Village: They continually go out of their way to help any resident with a problem. Our Administrators know us individually! They share information clearly and openly, so that even during COVID when many Americans feel helpless, at Garden Spot Village we feel well cared for. I did not know anyone at Garden Spot Village when I moved in, but this is certainly a welcoming place in which to make your home, to feel happy and useful. Come soon to Garden Spot Village, and make new friends with all our wonderful people! -- Christel Huxley
