I called and asked for same day service. Tech Andi showed up on time, assessed my freezer, ordered parts, came back after a day and finished the repair. Great job, please keep it up.

Company charged $60.00 for a service call.. individual showed up in personal vehicle, would not provide a name or info. Reached out 3 times to get info and finally company stated could not repair. This appears to be a scam and would not recommend this company. Not responsive and business very shady.

I am not one to criticize, but this business does not provide warranty service for Samsung appliances. They will however, dispatch an appliance technician if they can locate one who is available. They want to expedite payment before anything is accomplished --- very unprofessional!

Good experience--quick and efficient repair. My only comment is that the actual company is mylocalappliancerepairexperts.com and not the Garden Ridge Appliance Repair, as listed on the website. The call center and original charge was through a third party in Arizona and not anyone local at the address shown on the website.

I am so happy with the tech’s overwhelming knowledge. He was not just able to get my Samsung dryer with steam option to work, but he was as well able to convert it to lp gas. Price was very reasonable. I highly approved of this company!
