I got a manicure by Katrina on Wednesday. She was very sweet and friendly.
On Thursday I woke up with half the nail polish off one of my ring fingers.
On Friday three other nails chipped/peeled off. I stopped in today and asked her to fix them. She said that’s what happens when you don’t get a gel manicure.
For clarification, I said to her “so if I get a manicure one day, then I can expect it to peel the next.?”
She said yes, and asked me if I wanted a gel manicure. I said “no”. I re stated that I really just wanted them repaired.
I didn’t appreciate that I had to beg her to fix them.
She rudely and finally said to me “choose your polish”, as she turned away from me.
I said no, that I will never be back, and I left.

Been going to this salon for about 3 years. I only go for pedicures which is all I get done, I go about every 2 months or so and I love it! Clean, friendly staff and I always leave satisfied!

I will never come here ever again, my nails costed me $60 when my nails are always in the 40-$50 range. One of my acrylics are way shorter then then other, I showed them what I wanted and I was told "It's too late you can't do that" & "I don't know what color that is" & "I can't do that"

Just went to this shop after giving them a call that I will be there in 15 minutes. They friendly said "ok see you soon". When I got there with 15 minutes drive, they asked me to wait 30 minutes. Seriously? Of course I didn't get the service and won't return. Didn't even apologize. Very disappointed.

Awesome place! Clean, nice, and fast. They do great designs, gel, and acrylic. The pedicures feel amazing and the polish lasts for months. The staff is up to date on nail trends and willing to try different things and take risks. I've never had a bad experience. I love that you can walk in or set an appointment. If you request a specific technician and they are busy someone will either tell you when to come to the shop or they will take your number and call you when it's time to come. I've been to other more pricey salons and nobody has ever done my nails as well as Garden Nails and Spa. This is my go to place for nails. They are affordable and the entire staff is nice.

The best people you would want to do your nails or feet. They treat you with respect. I have a 85 year old mom with health problems and they treat her very well. I have referred several family and friends to them and they love them too. I think we found a home

This place is great. Prices are awesome and all of the services are solid. I'm very picky with my nails but they've done a good job for a few months now. I highly recommend them. Small staff. Can be very busy at times, especially on a Sunday.

I hate to even rate this nail salon only because I have to be honest. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They are always very friendly and are very reasonably priced. But recently I have had two nails get bacteria and turn colors. The first one was minor. I thought maybe I had just gotten water under it. But now i have a second one. I have never had this happen before. Let alone twice. So now I am skeptical. Like I said, I hate to even give this review. I really thought I had found "my nail place".

This is the fourth nail salon I went to in Wilmington since I moved here last month hoping to find a good salon since my husband will be stationed here for three years. So far the other salons I went to were mediocre at best. Their attention to detail was awful and they just didn't do a very nice job. They were all very nice but their work wasn't. When I walked into Garden nails they told me it wouldn't be very long before they helped me but I waited quite long. There were only two people working (husband and wife) so I wasn't upset. I'm glad I waited because he did an amazing job. He fixed the bad job that had been done to my nails before and they looked like a brand new set. Their prices are very reasonable and they are just so nice. I am so glad I came here and I will definitely be your customer for the next three years.
