Communication! Our technician called ahead, arrived on time, was able to replace the torsion spring in about 20 minutes, and gave us a small discount for paying by debit card instead of credit. Very professional and courteous. This is our second time using Garageworks, and we have been very pleased both times.

Just had a double 16x7 door installed 11/9/17. Could not be more pleased. Quoted 3 places including the big orange box store. Best price. Installer was on time, fast, thorough, and courteous.He connected tbe opener and it is all whisper quite. Weather stripping was the deal of the day and makes it all tight as a drum. USE THIS GUY!!!

The folks at GarageWorks are a pleasure to work with, and really do an outstanding job. Great price, service, and follow up. My garage door wouldn't close all the way so I called GarageWorks. The lady on the phone was very helpful and even tried walking me through some potential self-fix solutions to save me money. It turned out my opener had gotten too weak to push my door closed so I had GarageWorks come out and replace the opener. They showed up on time and were very thorough. Highly recommend to anyone with garage door or opener issues.

great service and did what was needed fast and I knew absolutely that the door had been fixed and cost was extremely fair. Much less than the estimate given by the firm that had installed my doors. I dont review often, but these guys (Casey) deserved praise and recommendation. I will always call these guys first from now on.

We always receive extraordinarily good service from this company whenever we need something relating to our garage doors. They have installed new insulated doors (highly recommended!) and serviced the motors in the past. Today we called because one of the doors would not operate at all. Casey came out almost immediately, replaced a broken spring and we were back in business. Great service, fast response, quality workmanship. Five stars all the way!

I called around 6:30 am and Casey was so pleasant and helpful. I asked for pricing on a broken spring and he was honest. He explained how it works, was available today, and got it done in less than 15 minutes. I love service like that, they get in and out without taking up the whole day. If anyone has issues with their, I will be recommending Garage Works!!!
