Communication was perfect. I contacted "Garage Door Solutions" and they came out to assess the situation quickly. My house was reconstructed after "Superstorm Sandy" and only the motor was still operational.
I had purchased some of the components needed to convert my garage door from manual status to automatic, they brought the rest.
The owner Ben came back with his brother Israel a couple of days later with everything needed and installed my parts along with his own in record time. I can't say enough about their service, customizing things to your specification and needs, along with thorough in both planning and explaining and setting expectations.
They went above and beyond adding new cables and parts where needed.
Once the work is completed they carefully walk you through programming. They recommend you film that 5 minute tutorial on your phone so you always have it.
Extremely courteous, friendly, efficient and two of the most honest
Men you could meet. It was a pleasure to do business with them both. The garage door now opens smoothly, and quietly. I even got a reasonable price and have a one year guarantee on their parts and workmanship. A+ work and I would recommend "Garage Door Solutions" to anyone!

Love my new garage door with new age technology. The job was done extremely efficiently and the installers took the time to explain the Many features of my motor. Definitely would do more business and also recommend to family and friends!

I started looking for a garage door and installation on google and after calling,having friends give me suggestions and such it was one no show, running late excuse after excuse. I was starting to think that I’d would not be able to find a reputable, insured company to handle my garage door project. With hesitation,I went on Angie’s list. This is how I found Garage door solutions. From the first phone call to the last Ben and his team have been nothing short of amazing!
They were prompt, professional and my 9 rated garage door and auto open are fabulous. Perfect, which I know is hard to believe. Like Amazon, garage door solutions where efficient, affective, and easy to deal with. I suggest anyone looking for a garage door that they start here I had a seamless experience.

It’s hard to find honest and reliable contractors but this company was great from start to finish!! I first contacted them for a garage door repair. Two companies I brought in to fix my garage door just tried to pressure me to install a new garage door. When Ben from Garage Door Solutions came in he was professional and explained every step, plus his price was better than the ones I got from the other companies! Ben did such a good job on the garage door repair that I hired him three months later for installation of two new garage doors for my investment property! I recommend him to everyone I know and they always sing the company’s praises after they hire them.
