Came with a groupon i paid 20.00 for the group on wich included unlimited gameplay and 20.00 in credit for playing on other "premium gameplay"

Activating the card wAS 3.10 i did not mind paying.

Custoker service was good at least the person who handle my group on.

Yellow color machines are unlimited and blue ones you have to pay keep that in mind.

Games are awesome legit awesome to have unlimited gameplay in them.

The ones you pay to obtain tickets are ok.

Prizes are okhonestly they have good things but to expensive i mean (prizes ticket)

Bathroom this is the reason i drop 1 starmens bathroom are nasty!!!!

I spend a legit 4 - 5 hours playing and went to the bathroom 2 times and those 2 times the first toilet was unflushPs. i did flush mine both times.

Rest is ok clean i did not tried restaurant or bar.

So summary if u go with a groupon is worth it to go eventually you will get bored of playing the same video games so dont go alone.

This place used to be fantastic! I brought a group here last night and found 4 or 5 games to be broken or falling a part. Many of the newer machines are a blast to play, but maintenance has fallen off a cliff for the older machines.

The lady at the front told us their unlimted 3 hours deal was on All games, to which we accepted. The minute she finished sliding my debit card, she said the deal is only for the certain machines and, of course, exclyded a lot of the really fun games and you had to pay extra for those. It was a very dishonest experience. We wanted to give this place a chance before trying Dave&Busters, it would have been a much better time if we had gotten the deal we were told that we were paying for.

I have to say though, the bartender really made the experience better and the drinks were very good and reasonably priced.

I've come here several times and each time I get a little more dissapointed. A majority of the games are broken and its usually the same games that were broken from previous visits. The credits are overpriced and the ticket payout for games are so small which makes it nearly impossible to win any good prizes. The general atmosphere is okay and there is a good variety of games which is why I gave it two stars instead of 5, but overall it's just not worth it unless you are going for the deals.

Great customer service by manager Jim L. When issue arose stayed on top of it and got it fixed. Employees super nice and helpful. Food good and games fun for all.

Good arcade for older kids and adults. Most of the equipment is in good condition but if you go at a busy time, intermittent network problems interfere with swiping your card to play games. This isn't a great place for younger kids that want to play redemption games. They're overpriced and the ticket payout is very low. Plus, most redemption games are geared towards school-age kids, none for younger kids 3-4 years old. The XD game experience on the first floor is really fun for older kids and adults. Most of the first floor is redemption gaming and the second floor is traditional arcade games: shooters, fighting games, driving games, music games.

Nice place. Clean. Spacious. Convenient parking. Plenty to do for the kids. Food is good as well- kids' meals are only $5 and they enjoy it.

I took the family here and because of Groupon had a awesome time $20 per person and all day free game time, what more can you ask for? Atmosphere is nice, food is great, and it has a bar. Are you kidding Totally awesome.

I bought the 2 hour unlimited game package. I was forced to buy food, which I didn't want to because I had already eaten, so I convinced the server to delay my food until after the game time, and I just left without picking it up. I really wish you didn't have to buy food to get the hourly unlimited swipe deal.

Now on to the games. They were garbage. Half the games didn't work. I played mario kart and all 4 mario kart booths crashed separately. Many of the games were out of order, and there was a very small selection of those that weren't. They say "2 floors of games" but it's really 1 small floor, poorly divided into 2 stories.

The selection of games was terrible as well. Besides the ticket winning games, there were basically 2 types of games; racing games and motion controlled shooting games. Both types were the standard crappy pay-to-win arcade models. The shooters were very unfair and not very fun, and some of the racing games were fun, but they were really all the same game with different themes. There were no old-school arcade games besides a galaga machine that was falling apart near the entrance. The only game I really enjoyed was a luigi's mansion game, but even that still held with the theme of unfair motion-controlled shooter. I left after 45 minutes, with 1 hour and 15 minutes left on my unlimited swipe plan, because there was not even 1 hour's worth of games to play. It was extremely disappointing, and a waste of money.

With the hourly unlimited deal, I wasn't able to play the ticket-giving games, which is reasonable, but I really wanted to play ski ball, and that was one of the ticket games, so I couldn't. I wish they let me play the ticket games, but simply did not give out tickets if the card swiped had the hourly unlimited swipe deal.

I will not be going back there. Even Chuck E Cheese's would be more fun for adults than this place.

Place looks ok but we were out of town for the weekend celebrating my daughter's birthday. We stopped in to check it out to see if she wanted to spend some of her budget there before we left town. We told them we had never been there and asked about the hourly times. Never mentioned anything about having to buy food first. Left to finish shopping and get lunch before returning at the end of the day. When she wanted to buy her time card that was when she was told she had to buy food first. Would have been nice to have been told that, didn't see it posted either before we left. Would have not had a problem eating lunch there. Left with a bad experience that didn't need to be.

Had my son's party there and it was awsome . There was a mix up with the rooms but thankfully Ruiz ,my party host fixed it just in time. He was very nice and attentive. The food we ordered was amazing!! The pizza and Tex Mex rolls rocked. The baked mac was good but a little bland. That was seriously the only little thing. Perfect day. Also, Irene the party planner gets a shout out for allowing me to pay in 400 singles for the down payment $$$$$. Didn't hassle me. Great experience and would recommend for kids birthday. Thank you thank you Thank you
