Soup was cold when served, prime rib was brought out when ribeye steaks were ordered, when the ribeyes we're brought out they were barely warm.
The baked potato was served with sour cream that was bad.
The dining experience at the Galley was underwhelming and did not help in celebrating our anniversary.response / report this review -

I had an exceptionally bad waitress but the manager more than compensated for her lapse in attention. My wife's prime rib and my lobster tail were excellent. Topped off with with some of the best cheese cake in the state. Businesses have people problems at times it comes with the territory but how a business handles those issues validates why I am giving the Galley a 5 star rating.

If traveling by boat you can park at the fuel dock but the slips are extremely shallow. If you are coming in swim cover-up, you are only permitted to sit outside but the patio faces west and at that time the sun is right in your eyes or on your back. I would not recommend this for a casual bite or drink for boaters.

The restaurant was very clean & inviting, however, tonight's wait staff was horrible. The food was delicious, as always. Perfectly prepared! Props to the maker of the squash casserole, it was amazing! Our particular waitress was rude. Several times I moved emptied plates to the end of table, to be removed, they weren't. Tea glasses weren't kept filled & 3 separate times we asked for items that were never brought out. ( sour cream, butter, salad dressing). Tonight we were celebrating my husbands birthday, the experience was a huge disappointment!! It saddens me to see the decline in staff & their manners towards customers! My husband proposed to me @ The Galley 12 years ago, so anniversary's, birthdays, Valentines Day & Christmas parties have been a tradition there for us. After tonight, we will be looking for a new place to celebrate our special occasions!!!!

My Husband and I went to the Galley for his Birthday and Our Anniversary and had a More Than Awesome Experience! A Young Lady by the the name of Brieanna gave us ONE MORE AWESOME EXPERIENCE! We don't get to go out a lot because I am a Cancer Patient! She ABSOLUTELY MADE OUR EVENING! We Have NEVER had an experience like she extended to us! May God BLESS HER!😇😇👼👼💖💖❤❤! I WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING HER ON SOCIAL MEDIA! THANK YOU AGAIN BRIEANNA! YOU TRULY MADE AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE FOR US! Mark and Lisa Fennell! The service was top notch. The food was excellent. This was our last meal out on our vacation and it was the best and only good meal we had. I would definitely recommend. I would also come back if we returned to the area.

We had a great visit here. Sat outside and enjoyed the lovely weather. The service was excellent and the food delicious.

Biggest complaint during Mother's Day Brunch was the Sushi. It was being prepared and placed on serving platters with bare hands. The employees both said that they washed their hands but they obviously don't understand the basics of food safety as dictated by the FDA. And yes, I do understand and am certified.

Always a pleasure to dine here
Coming by boat makes it even more fun. The food is great,especially the lobster! Very enjoyable also are the smalleruption meals. My favorite are the scallops.
Mother's Day and Easter a special buffet is an outstanding way to celebrate.response / report this review
