Nice to see this mall on the up and up. New arcade is a lot of fun, movie theater was remodeled a few years back and is very nice, and little touches here and there that make it look a little more modern and upscale.

An ok mall with plenty of stores for shopping. They just added a new place called round one which is an arcade,karaoke ping pong,billiards,20 lane bowling alley and more all rolled up one. It's about time they had a place for kids to go and parents can shop all in one place (bldg)kind of lets go shopping and if your good we'll go to the round one place well it worked for me.

It's an ok mall with lots of potential, which seems to be recognized since they have revamped various stores and added a ROUND ONE entertainment center. I'd love to see better food chains. Including a full-blown Starbucks instead of the miniature one in target.

This mall is lacking in character and appeal. They have made significant improvements with seating and lounging, but allow people to leave trash around. It needs to be maintained. There are alot of transient stores that are useless. I'm hoping to see a more festive and cozy atmosphere for the holidays. It is in desperate need of appeal.

Very clean Mall. Recently upgraded everything here. For the longest time you would not catch me visiting the Galleria at Crystal Run. Stopped by the mall last Spring and noticed all the stores were being renovated. They now have a huge Entertainment center for families or anyone really filled with all sorts of modern and old school video games, bowling alley and Karaokee rooms for parties. The prices are very reasonable!! Upstairs has a fun park Billy Bee's filled with slides and ball pits for kids and adults. We had a fun time one night with the family. Spent several hours here for one low price. The food court has and is currently being updated. New restaurants are popping up on the first floor. The movie theatre is great. Has lounge chairs. I recommend purchasing your movie tickets online. Parking and roads are not crappy either. I visit this mall often now instead of going to Poughkepsie. Middletown is really cleaning up. Very Happy to see this 😀

The mall is getting better but it still has a ways to go. Stores often open and close here within a year but they are bringing more business with the new arcade and bowling. Now they need to work on stores that will last and better food court selection.

Due to more folks doing their shopping online these days, the whole concept of what mall shopping has become has drastically changed. Has the Galleria tried to keep up with this? With the new mega arcade that moved in and a few other entertainment based things, I think it's trying, but one thing is for sure - unless you are there for consumables or entertainment you are wasting your time. It's a shame, but it's a sign of the times.

The mall is small compared to others but none the less enjoyable . The movie 🎥 theater is very nice . And a good variety of stores .

There are more vacant stores than actual tenants. This mall is going the way of most malls across America and simply losing clients. No great stores worth coming to as well. Movie theater and bowling alley (to come) are the only redeeming qualities.

This used to be the place to go to find everything you needed. Recently there have been so many store closings that it seems every other unit is empty. If you're local then I would recommend but if you're traveling & looking for a big mall then keep searching as it is not worth the drive.

It's crazy sometimes but I really like the new updates inside, but the bathrooms are dirty and needs updating. New floors in the halls and they also added lots of comfy seating . That was nice. Lots of stores, they seem to be doing well. Sears is no longer there.
