Had a great experience at Gainesville motor sports. Thank you Niles, John and Todd.
We purchased two Burgman scooters during the snow storm and they took care of us and we got a Great deal. Thank you to everyone involved in prepping them as well. Great place to see everything power sports.

I had an excellent experience at Gainesville Motorsports with my Polaris ATV purchase. Working with Jody Echols and Niles Wilson was awesome. They were honest, professional and accommodating. Gainesville Motorsports provided me the best price which was lower than other local dealerships. I highly recommend Gainesville Motorsports!

Plenty of shiny new motorcycles. Helmets, gear, tires, fluids, and accessories. Gotta love that new bike smell!

Great service. Bought tires, put them on by myself in the parking lot. One of the guys gave me some advice and helped me. After I got done they pumped them up, took my old ones and balanced both for 30 bucks. WORTH IT.

Walked in to scope out the mopeds available for sale. I owned an original 2003 Honda Ruckus for nine years before I left Wisconsin and am finally back at a place where a moped would make my commute to work cheaper and more fun.

Walked across the entire store to get to them without a single person even greeting me. I noticed a guy, "Jon," near by was on the phone and another sales guy was with another customer, so I just started looking closely for myself. After a few minutes, I notice that Jon is no longer on the phone, but isn't even looking my direction. I finally walk over and ask if anyone is available to answer questions about the mopeds. He says "yes," but I'm not sure he means himself until he starts to get up.

He had little to say and I felt like I knew more about the Honda than he did. Granted, I owned one for years, but it's not my frickin' job to know about them. So I ask about pricing and if there are any upcoming incentives I should consider before purchasing anything. He gives me little to no info. I learned nothing that I couldn't have found online.

I did ask about the possibility of taking a test ride, to which he replied "no." Seriously? I'm gonna buy a vehicle and I can't even see how it handles and such before I hand him nearly three grand? Local car dealers will let me drive away with a $40,000 car to test it out on the interstate and this guy won't even let me do a quarter-mile round trip to compare how two very different models perform.

These guys suck, and the way I was treated as a potential customer was shameful. Perhaps it would have been different if I was wearing a shirt and tie and asking about a more expensive ATV or motorcycle, but I'd be skeptical. The staff are either ignorant, apathetic, or both. Regardless, it was a discouraging visit and I would sooner pay a large shipping charge to have something shipped to me than deal with anyone at Gainesville Motorsports.

A real shop (not one of the chain stores) with great people. I called saying I was working on a deal at one of the chain stores but they did not have the bike there best price was more that the limit by credit union would do. Jon asked what the prices needed to be and he came back 13.47 more. No time wasted no BS. Did it all via the phone. The next day I picked up my new bike for the price the other dealer said was impossible and was impressed buy the service I got. Less than 5 minutes in the box to finish the paper work and I was off after a detailed review of the bike.

I've purchased two new motorcycles from these guys in the last month. In my opinion, they're the best shop to buy from in the greater Atlanta area. I don't like to mess around with motorcycle purchases. I know what bike I want, call the local dealers and ask their out the door price, then show up with a cashier's check in hand. These guys don't play any of the bullshit games other shops do. They don't try the "what price have you gotten so far we can beat it" game or "well what do you want your monthly payment to be" horseshit. They just gave me a price. Both times the price was great so I bought from them. I also like the low pressure sales environment in the showroom. I work on my own bikes so I can't comment on the service department, but the purchasing experience here is A+.

Parts department needs alot of work.. called on my Arctic cat one parts rep was VERY unhelpful and stated they didn't deal with Arctic cats, called a few days later another parts rep was very helpful and traced and it down and ordered it for me. Now.. the down fall I have tried for the past two days to get in contact with the parts department and no answers. I have paid for the part in full and I'm starting to get VERY agitated.

I just bought my bike a few days ago and after TONS of searching around and hassling with different dealers I literally walked in and was on a bike in 20 minutes AND for the best price I could imagine.

Don't waste your time like I did, just go to Gainesville Motorsports, ask for Jody, he'll give you a better deal than anyone and get your bike! Be done!

They're also very helpful after the sale as well and showed me more that I could have wanted to know about my new bike. 5 Stars!
