Austin clearly loves dogs. He was knowledgeable and explained everything really well. This is the second dog we've bought from Furry Babies!

Wonderful experience! I was just looking at the puppies and I saw this Papillion she brought out sunshine in her eyes. they were very good with taking care of them, always tending to their needs, I was assured that she was from a very good breeder That she would be provided for if anything would happen to her in the next year so that gave me comfort knowing that they care that much about their babies so now I’m holding Sunshine and she is just a lovely calm sweet loving little girl.
Thank you for taking good care of Sunshine!!!!

Staff was great from the get go! They allowed us to hold our baby before they even ran our credit or showed them any cash. They showed great knowledge and care for the fur babies here.

We drove 2.5 hours to this store just because of how helpful and friendly the staff memebers were. Once we arrived we were not let down. We wanted to take home a beautiful new Siberian Husky but could not do so for another week. Fortunately one of the staff members offered to watch our new baby boy for a week until we were able to take him home. Would recommend this place to anyone. They have many workers on duty who are attentive to all of the puppies in their care

I bought two puppies from Furry Babies and they are doing absolutely amazing! My first one is a Maltese and he is a little over 2 years old. He has been the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. He’s been healthy, happy And is extremely loved. My second baby I got is a Shihtzu. She will be 2 years old in January and has been such a joy to have. I have not had one issue with her at all, and is extremely healthy. There isn’t another place I would trust more than Furry Babies to get a new puppy from. Thank you so much for my two Babies, I couldn’t be happier!❤️

My daughter fell in love with a "yorkie" but i would not buy it because they said the price was $3200! I walked away and 2 weeks later i kept getting phone calls that they would sell him for 2400 so after my husband and i talked about it we drcided to get the puppy. He was very very little, when we got him they give yyou 2 toys and his collar and leash. When we were closing out the paperwork the girl got stuck because she tought he was pure breedturns out he wasnt and he could not get registered. I was pretty upset because of the priceyou would think he would be way cheaper. Not only that but when the totalk came up it was $3000! And then they tell you because of tax and all the other thi gs they DON'T tell you. I was ready to leave but my husband just said we should get the dog because our daughter wanted that dog and who cares if he was pure breed or not. Also they said the dog had just turned 8 weeks and they had him tjere for 3 weeks before that. Because i bought him 2 weeks after and the girl told me he had already been tjere a week.Yes They tell you their vet is covered for all shots and for the dog to get fixed. They do tell you that they do not pay for the anesthesia. When i told the vet i wanted the dog fixed they gave me a bill for what i would have to pay, over $400. I called furry babies and they said that they only pay for the surgery but nothung else meaning they dont pay for anything the vet would use to do the surgery like their equipment and what not. The surgery its self is only $70 evrything else has to come out of our pocket. They never mentioned this they just say they do not pay for the anesthesia or any medication the dog might need. I was thinking i would have spent about $80 never over $400. You can adopt a dog for $200 gixed and with shots. I know it was my choice to get the dog for 2 reasons, 1 my daugter and 2 because he was just so small i knew he needed to be cared for a lot. But they really pissed me off when they wont even pay for the surgery as they said they would. Do not buy from this place you will regret it!

when I asked to see a dog they asked me if I'm interested in buying. I said yes but I don't know what I wanted yet or if I even wanted to get the dog from there the lady brought another woman over to proceed to ask me again if I want to buy it and I cannot see the dog unless I buy it. i was annoyed by this point so I told them nevermind I will take my business somewhere else they need to talk with the customer not interrogate them.

Never get a dog here. They use high pressure tactics like calling customers mommy and daddy. It's all about the sale only about the sale and not about the animals. The place smells constantly, that's why they're always burning candles in attempts to cover the smell of urine and feces. They have the dogs in Plexiglas boxes and only take the lids off when the mall gets busy. When they opened the back office, I hear small dogs barking from the back room. I know there were dogs kenneled in there, but one of the employees shut the door very quickly. We had to return a beautiful baby German Shepherd because of a problem with my landlord. I was devastated. All they could do was suggest I get him registered as a therapy dog! Obviously they're not aware how much training REAL therapy dogs go through. Then when we were told we had to pay the money to return her, we were short they asked, "How much ya got!?" All they were interested in was getting money, not the animals well-being. We were only concerned about the dog getting a good home. I was in tears as I had to let her - Zelda - go. And they just wanted to drain our bank account. We paid the massive fee and we were told they would cancel the loans to get this AKC registered animal. We go home and cry some more. On Monday, the loan companies take payments, because the loans hadn't been cancelled. I spoke to the financing companies and they told me they hadn't heard anything. All Furry Babies had to do was send them a electronic message through the computer. The funds had already been transferred to Furry Babies and they did nothing. The next day, I went to talk to a manager. He told me that they had no intention on doing anything about it because the first draft from my account wouldn't be for another 30 days so they had plenty of time to cancel the loans! I had to stand there and watch him send messages to the finance companies. He couldn't even provide me with additional copies of my documentation. This is the shoddiest company I've ever dealt with. NEVER deal with them

I did some additional research: the state of Illinois requires a dog sold in a store to have every address where a dog/cat has lived to be listed on a dog's registration if it is a purebred animal. They destroyed my records and I know full well they did not put my information on this animals records, because the one "manager" showed me the German Shepherds file.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FURRY BABIES. You don't know where these animals have been and I don't think they get the care they deserve. It makes me sad because they are so sweet and they needs love. It just breaks my heart.

    Expensive and unprofessional!!!

These dogs are treated horribly at Furry Babies!
People bang on the side of the crib, try to wake them up, children scream at them!

The dogs are WAY TOO OVERPRICED! You could get a dog at Noah's Ark for around $100. Furry Babies: $2,000+. Um, No.

$2,000 for miserable puppies and unprofessional staff. This is NOT the place to go to get a puppy.

We bought a family dog about 3 years ago and spent over 2000 dollars and since then all they've done is tell us that anything after the purchase isn't on them we spent over 1500 dollars on a surgery to remove cancer right on his genital area and it was a tumor the size of a softball within two months it was back he is a fuzzy walrus great dog beautiful but FURRY BABIES IS A JOKE! They will be hearing from us it's so sad that a place like this can get away with everything they do and more and more people keep going there..poor puppies

Had to give one star wouldn't let me give negative. PLEASE STAY AWAY!! My aunt just got a puppy from this place. It has phumonia. And since there vet was closed they expected her to just let the puppies die.. because it wasn't their vet and stated that in her contract she must take it to their vet. She took the puppies to her vet they put the puppie on antibiotics. Then she had to take the puppie to their vet.as they said. They changed the puppies prescription. And added two more. And almost killed the puppie By doing so. they put it on wrong meds.. this place is horrible..
