It really isn't even a one-star. If i could, I would have put -10. Horrible customer service. We are in town with several other families and wanted to enjoy our time riding bikes around town. Called to see if they were open and was told "I answered the phone didn't I?" OMG! Then asked what time they closed. The guy said "Five" and hung up. Unbelievable! I still had questions. I called back to complain to the supervisor, Albert, who was very nice and apologetic. Hopefully he will be able to train his staff to be more like him. While Albert made me feel better, I was afraid I would have to deal with the guy who answered the phone and he'd do some passive-aggressive crap on us and we'd end up regretting it. When all you have to compete with is customer service, you need to at least make an effort. Albert gets it but it's too bad the guy who answered the phone didn't.

Of the 3 shops in this town, this was the most down to earth. The shop itself doesn't give the feeling of trying to impress. Had no problems with the guy in the shop.

Great experience. I rented a bike. I was very impressed with the service of fitting me on the correct bike. All set to my weight. Bike seemed small. So they fitted me on a larger brand new bike. They also restarted our rental time after the second bike was configured.

Horribly unprofessional and rude!!! I never write negative reviews but this was so incredibly bad that I had to try and warn anyone I can from doing business with these guys.
We rented bikes that were delivered to the wrong address. They then tried to blame me saying I gave them the incorrect address. I gave them an address for the airbnb home along with the address for the gate to get in the Bermuda dunes country club. My friends and I all came in from out of state wanting bikes to ride to the venue for the desert trip.
When they couldn't retrieve the bikes the next day from the wrong delivery address (which by the way was OUTSIDE the gated country club community) they actually implied that I purposefully had them delivered to the wrong address so I could try to get the bikes for free. WTF?!?!! Yeah that was the master planfor four individuals to spend MANY thousands of dollars on an epic concert experience and to scam a local bike rental service out of a couple hundred dollars. Even the owner got on the phone multiple days later implying the same thing.
Not once was there an apology; only excuses and accusations. By the way, these guys have no computer system. They just write down info on a note pad. Never once was it considered that they wrote an address and attached it to me, only that I surely scammed them.
I've had some bad service by numerous companies in my life but this one absolutely takes the cake. NEVER EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY A DIME.

Agree with the negative posters here. This place is not professional.They made excuses as to why after paying for a full tune up on a bike the gears were busted. They were working fine before we went in. Actually just brought it in for a tube replacement but decided for a full tune-up. Waste of money. Do not go here.
