This company is amazing! If I could give more that 5 stars I would. I am a novice home buyer and the ease and simplicity of the home inspection report with all the illustrations and photos made it very easy for me to understand. The pricing is reasonable. But ultimately, the customer service is what sets this company apart from the rest. I will definitely be strongly recommending them to all of my friends and colleagues!!!

From the start the experience was great! Elbert Was very friendly on the phone set up the call within a day. We arrived to the inspection on time and Elbert was already at our new home set up and ready to go ( I was impressed right away)! He knows everything about the inspection process of a home and had a great attitude the entire 4 hours. I would use him again on the next home I buy and will recommend him to other people I know. His time and knowledge was worth every penny!

Elbert Allen is the BEST.. I use to be a real estate agent in Washington DC. I have done plenty of home inspections but now buying a home in Texas, He is by far the BEST I have ever seen. If something is wrong he WILL find it and talk to you about why it is wrong. Got my home inspection report on the same day. He is the BEST
