  This has been my store for 34 years. The pharmacy has inadequate people. I’ve been trying to pick up Claritin D for about a month. Either they are closed or I didn’t have time to make two separate purchases. Well today they were open an I was prepared. The large African American woman at the check out scanned my driver license and the meds but did something wrong. She asked for my ID a second time scanned it and had the nerve to say I could not buy it because I had to have purchased some Claritin earlier in the day. I haven’t bought the allergy meds in over 6 months. Because she processed the transaction twice now I can’t get it today. She said for me to get a someone else to get it for me. Two pharacists heard the whole thing an her asking for my ID twice and did nothing.
  Sooooo incompetent!!!!!!! Wish I could have talked to her superior about her poor skills!!!
  Frys your not the store you used to be 5-10 years ago!!!

  I've been coming to this location more than 3 times a week with my fiancé for the last two years. He uses the motor wheelchair every time due to the fact of his bad back, that he had broken last year. It simply just hurts him to walk around and it's almost impossible for him to keep up with me if he didn't use it. New manager *Zory* who I also have seen around the store multiple times before, always giving dirty looks to us, has told him today that he can no longer ride on the motor wheelchair because she doesn't believe he doesn't have a problem and says next time he comes in and she sees him in it she will call the police. I'm extremely upset over this. We have never had this problem until now, this location is also right across the street from my home and I'm now going to have to travel farther simply because she is discriminating my fiancé. WHAT A JOKE.

  Very busy found what I needed and picked up a few I didn't need :) It's the norm ,when shopping here. Great deals on thing you don't plan on purchasing. I'm vegan, fresh stir fry veg. YUM under $2.00

  I love that they are union, UFCW local 99. That is why I shop here. Never enough regular registers open. Get rid of the self checkout and bring in more cashiers.

  Clean grocery store. Helpful staff. I'm not use to the store layout so I had to do a little hunting to find items that I needed. Good store I will be going back in the future.

  Nice store. Clean with a variety of products. More like the Safeway than the Fry's in my neighborhood. I highly recommend.

  Been shopping and getting prescriptions here for 18yrs. Prices are competitive, employees are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Pharmacy is quite busy, but, they do their best to take care if you.

  My favorite Fry's Food and Drug in the Valley. It is not a Fry's Superstore but, has anything you could possibly need for making meals. Also, has a large selection of beverages. Liquor can be purchased at this location. There is an ATM (Wells Fargo Bank Branch) and a Pharmacy inside of the store. This store is always well maintained. I only get out to this location occasionally but, whenever I am in Mesa I make it a point to stop in and do some shopping. There is also a Fry's Gas Station in the same shopping center.

  I love this place. I do all my banking, prescriptions and shopping in about a half an hour. Pharmacy staff is the best. Loyal customer for life. I go out of my way even with a Safeway on the corner.

  This is now my go to store. I am writing a review based on my experience the other night. I decided to run in and do some last minute shopping a 30 min. before they close, and I completely forgot to grab a shopping cart. As I was struggling with my dozen items, Justin, a young man who works there, did not hesitate to grab me a cart. He had such great manners and was super polite. This made my trip a billion times better. It's not everyday you come across excellent customer service, especially in the younger generations. You're rad Justin! Keep doing you!

  I love shopping here. The store clerks are always smiling, attentive, and speak to everyone they make eye contact with. I've never had a problem finding anything or with pricing being off when I get to the register. Love the free Friday items and have always found them in stock at this location. The restroom is always clean and does not smell bad (the women's at least)
