This store is better than average. Customer service is excellent in most departments except deli and bakery. Usually hair is free, they usually don't use the gloves to handle food and the stores provides more than enough gloves. The store itself is clean, friendly and checkouts are faster than other stores. Just be careful of how your food items are handled from the deli. (They also groom themselves at the deli counter).

Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the customer service girl ringing up my money order incorrectly causing a hold to be placed on my acct by voiding the transaction instead of adding the diff. Usually i enjoy my visits there. They always hav great deals.

I've been shopping at different neighborhood Fry's stores since I moved to the valley 37 years ago. I adore my Fry's at 67th and Bethany. It may not be super new or huge, but it's a clean store with very helpful staff. Yes, there are homeless out and about, but not many. We aren't the best part of town, and Fry's management does a fine job keeping the store nice for their customers.

I like Fry's, love the deals, usually like the layout. But this particular Fry's has a lot of vagrants just hanging out in front of the store the security guard that is right in by the entrance does absolutely nothing about this. He reminded me of a scarecrow with 10 crows hanging out on it. Lol. He wouldn't even walk me to my car when I asked him to! I purchased over 100.00 worth of food (for a get-together) it wasn't late at night, just dark outside. My bank is their so I had to withdraw my rent too. I asked the security guard to walk me to my car? He literally said no! But he will watch me from where he was. which I doubt he did because I had to park far from the entrance & I said it wasn't super late, just dark. There was more than 5 less than 10 panhandlers in front and around the Fry's so it's not my favorite Fry's to go to but I still like the deals and most other Fry's Food and Drug just not that particular one

I don't go in here when I have my daughter. Homeless and drug users run around this place. Not safe or family friendly.

I go here because it's close so convenient. Love the free Friday downloads. I badly wait in line. I'm usually in and out in minutes. And the employees are friendly. Prices of non sale items however are too high.

Once you get into the store its usually nice. The parking lot can sometimes be sketchy with a lot of pedestrians and traffic. It doesn't deter me though because the store itself is clean and the employees are helpful.

Busy, busy store. They have a Hispanic foods focus so I couldn't find some of my very white girl favorites here, like the deli-made green onion cheese ball. staff is great. The bathroom is clean and usable with all the stalls locking. Like that's kind of a miracle for the area.

This is my neighborhood FRYS. the store has really taken a trip downhill because of the beggers that hang here at all times of day, just recently they've had to hire a security guard! I been coming here for years but drive to the frys on cactus rd just for my safety.
Maybe put up some really bright lights outside to make the homeless and the people that come up to you while putting groceries in the car just to sell/beg for something go away.
The staff is friendly I'd give them 5stars if I could.

I hope frys headquarters or the people that own the plaza read this because within the last 2 years the area is full of really sketchy people.

I hate this store! So I stop going. Someone is always outside begging or trying to sell something. The store is a miss between being clean and dirty. The staff well not everyone is snotty! The thing managemwnt did not teach the employees to smile at the customers. Its just a bad store. I drive the extra miles to go to another store.

It's little less of everything that the franchise usually offers.
The place is a constantly a mess of litter on the outside. Inside nice clean. Very busy crowded from open to close. Locally located and very convenient.
For quality of food is standard that you can get from Fry's food. A Ame with prices.
