  It's a nice grocery store... Not quite what I'm used to (I'm not from the area, just visiting) but it was clean and well stocked. They don't have a lot of specialty items though.

  Nice atmosphere, clean, and orderly. Great selection of items. Large range of produce and organics. Most things are decently priced. Having a VIP card and coupons can save a few hundred dollars a year.

  large store you can find a lot here. Produce dept smallish for size of store and gourmet cheese section limited. good for your basic stuff

  I've been using this location for years and have never had any issues. If I purchase something that I am unhappy with they are always willing to take care of me. Their team is always friendly and they don't seem to have a lot of turnover.

  I'm giving Fry's a 5 star rating do to customer service is second to none! I've asked Fry's employee's several times for the location of different foods. All of them took me right to where that food was located! Thank you Fry's!

  This Fry's has served the 19th Avenue & Union Hills area for 35+ years. The employee's connect well with the neighborhood people and understand the nuances of the community. Despite the heavy flow of shoppers, the shelves are well stocked, the check out staff is usually cheerful, and the grounds are kept reasonably clean.

  Fry's has come a long way! For about 10 years I refused to step into this Fry's location at 19th and Union Hills in Phoenix. After bad experiences every single time I entered the doors.
  I have to say all the employees are wonderful, nice and outgoing. I noticed this makes worker in the meat area in the mornings; he always says, good morning, how are you or I hope you're having a good day, thanks for shopping here. I have to say, it sure puts a smile on my face.
  Just today my Italian cashier lady told me about using my egg slicer for the mozzarella Fresca cheese I bought. She also pointed out the Free cheese slicer offer when I bought it!
  I have to say, I love my neighborhood FRY'S !!!😀

  This Fry's always has the fresh fruit they put out daily for the kids to eat. The floors are always swept mopped and smelling good in the store. Stores in pleaser upbeat and friendly carry their meat department always has a great selection of fresh meat never had anything bad from the store

  The lady behind me in the checkout unloaded her cart and then proclaims she forgot an item. That didn't bother me as I tend to talk to myself as well, but the nice man (cashier), can not recall his name, asks her what the item was, while still attending to me. She told him the product & he immediately called for another employee to come to the front. He asked the shopper what brand of the product she preferred and sent the other Fry's employee to obtain said product for the customer. Saving the shopper & those behind her time. I was in awe, as I have been here in Phoenix for two years now & have rarely witnessed or received customer service that actually leaves one with a smile. Great Customer Service Fry's! : ) P.S.. Shout out to the female employee who gave me a big smile & how is your day while I was shopping!

  THIS HAS BEEN MY FRY'S FOR 20 YEARS, MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE SPEED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER DURING PEEK HOURS, BECAUSE THAT WESTER UNION STUFF TAKES SO LONG. I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE THEY KNOW ME.

  Clean and well managed. This is an average food and drug store. The employees are friendly. Never enough people working in the check out area. Standing in line is the standard when checking out at this store.

  Great customer service provided by sales associates, however, it takes a while for a manager to come to assist when needed, and the security guard,(lady),harassed my friends that had taken me to go shopping. I went into the store for an hour's time of grocery shopping, taken there by two friends that had decided to park om were waiting out in the parking on the side of the building to play with a RC (remote control) car,(they had been being very careful, and attentive to the full surroundings of the area for other shoppers, and drivers), yet 15minutes before I had finished, they called me saying that they had been being harasses and felt obligated to move their vehicle to a place across the street so they wouldn't continue to feel interrogated or like they were suspects of some crime!! It frustrated me and made me unable to complete my shopping that I had finally been given a ride for, and wouldn't be able to until I don't know when. I can not take a bus, because I am 8 months pregnant!!

  Surprisingly very good take home chicken at the deli and hot food counter. They have fried, roasted, and BBQ. All are very good but the fried is exceptionally so. Fresh and tasty throughout. 8 pieces for about $7 or a dinner with sides and rolls for about $12. Great value for good food at a very good grocery store.

  I absolutely love the store! The employees are happy and always helpful. I love that they have fruit out for the kids to eat while you shop! My grandson loved the bananas they had out! I love the fuel points and the extra 50 points you can get each week by just doing a survey on your shopping experience.
