There was no question where I would hold my 39 +1 birthday party. I have been a patron of Fresh since it opened. The food, service, and atmosphere are the reason the restaurant is our default for special occasions. Whether it’s Judy and myself or 20 of my closest friends, Fresh never disappoints. This past Saturday, we enjoyed an evening under a heated tent on the side the building. It was beautifully decorated and we were spoiled with a custom menu, impeccable service, and great entertainment. William and his staff always take care of us as he does for anyone who walks through the door. Fresh feels like an extension of home: incredible food and wonderful people in a comfortable setting. Thank you for a memorable night.

Fresh is all all about the name. William, the owner, is all about Fresh and healthy ingredients. He keeps on presenting the Freshest and healthy "farm to table " flavorfull culinary experiences. my favorite.

My husband and I have been coming here for about two years and it is definitely our favorite place for a great meal. The food is consistently amazing, we have yet to try something we didn't love. The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is small and quaint. I couldn't love this place more than I do.

Atmosphere is very intimate and the food is amazing! The entire staff is extremely pleasant and the chef often comes around and engages with the customers. My wife loves the seafood as it is always fresh! Can't wait to go back.

Excellent food, but A bit too small. Felt cramped, overpriced and way too fast. Including an appetizer we were a party of 3 and in and out in 40 minutes. Hardly enough time to enjoy the experience

Excellent food, phenomenal service, and great atmosphere! This hidden gem in the Highlands and it's Farm-to-table cuisine are a perfect place to fine wine and dine (BYOB) with a group of friends and/or loved ones. If I could give this 6 stars, I would - highly recommend!
