We absolutely love Fratellos in Laconia. ALL the staff is fabulous however our waitress last night Sheri who we have had many times in the past is simply awesome. The food is exceptional and of course very much enjoy listening to Richard on the piano. The host and hostess as well as the management are outstanding as well. Dinner out at Fratellos in Laconia is always a great experience

Personally I think the quality at Fratellos has been going down. Don't get me wrong, a couple years ago this was my go to place for a nice meal when we were in town. The music is nice, usually there is a guy playing a piano. You can sit at the bar, outside, or at any number of booths inside. The last couple trips we had poor experiences with the waitresses. They weren't able to answer questions about the food and drinks but didn't take the time to get the answer. Also, the food was just OK. I'll give them another shot but this won't be my preference.

We dine at Fratello's frequently and are never disappointed. They are always tremendous. Last night we had take out and was the same consistent great food and service, just like in the dining room. Eat in or take out, both awesome experiences!

My family and I have been to Fratello's many times. The service, atmosphere and of course the food is second to none. When you are looking for a great night out with your family, choose the team Chris has put together at Fratello's, you will not be disappointed!

Very disappointed in our first visit to this location. Love the other locations but the service at this location was terrible. After our soups we waited over 40 minutes for our food to come. So long we had to take our dinner to go as we had somewhere else we had to be. We were told that the "kitchen lost our ticket". I understand mistakes happen but it should not have taken over 40 minutes to figure this out. I should also be noted that the restaurant was not busy and the table that came in after us got their food long before us. At a minimum our server should have told us what was going on. She did not come by until I stared her down from across the restaurant and acted as if nothing was wrong. When I told her I was not happy she condescendingly told us our food would be comped. Stick to the other locations!

My family and I have come here every year for several years. The food has always been very good but be warned the pasta dish portions can be massive. Some dishes, like the lobster mac and cheese, have options for a smaller portion size. The bread sticks put Olive Garden to shame. I've never been able to eat dessert, always too full. I've been here with babies and 3 year olds and still found it to be kid friendly. The piano music is always a hit.

We got seated right away even though it was a Friday evening and seemed fairly busy. We were even able to be seated outside on a beautiful night. Chris our waiter was great, although it took a while to get our bread. But the food came out soon thereafter. Food was excellent and portion size was more than plenty. Normally I would ding a restaurant for the prices, but with these sizes, it will make 2 or 3 more meals.

Ate here with the family last night. The place is beautiful and had a live piano player that set the mood perfectly. The service was good and our waitress was very nice. The food took over an hour to get to us. While we were waiting we saw a whole table just get up and leave. I can only assume they were sick of waiting as we were. When our food arrived it was not hot but warm. A wrap was made incorrectly not once - but twice. Our warm food became cold by the time the second wrap made it out. The Calamari was cold and rubbery without a lot of flavor. The freshcetta was very heavy on the balsamic and light on the basil. The mozzarella bites were cold. The pizza tasted great and had a lot of great flavors even though the crust was slightly underdone and a bit on the soggy side near the center. There was no apologies for the long wait times. Unless this place improves their wait times and quality I won't be coming back. I hate to say it but Olive Garden is better and my opinion of them isn't that great.

Went for lunch. Upon arrival we had a friendly hostess. They took us to our table where they forgot our bread plates so when the bread came it was a bit awkward but no biggie. Bread sticks were delicious and they offer 3 spreads with them.

Food was not very good. panini came out on what looks like wonder bread. And was not grilled just toasted and not pressed. French dip same thing. And the chicken seemed bad we didn't eat it. So if you go stay away from the foul fowel. Cesar salad and dressing were delicious. I can recommend this.

Was going to give 2 stars but they took chicken off because they noticed we didn't like it even though we didn't complain. So got a star back for that.

Went for the first time last night. Around 8:00. Our waitress was amazing and helped me pick a wine (that I loved), and mind you, I do not like wine. A great place, with quality food. Of course the food and drink are important, but service is much more important than that and our service was spectacular! I hope our waitress gets to see this review. We were there around 7:40, and sat directly to the right of the restaurant when you first walk in.

I can't wait to go back!

For delicious Italian and American food we love Fratello's! Try the calamari. It's amazing! For American fare the short ribs are incredible. For Italian fare try the Seafood Sophia with it's delicious fresh lobster & lobster sherry cream sauce.
Fratello's has a very talented pianist who plays throughout your dining experience and always adds to the ambience. For something intimate ask to sit in the vault.
