Delicious food, excellent customer service. I Highly recommend this place.
I always come to this pizzeria restaurant because their food is delicious, specially the penne vodka dinner.. ummm! love it. they serve lots of food on your plate without mentioning that it comes with soup or salad included plus bread. i defenetely recommend this place.
I've been ordering from here for about 3 years since I work directly across the street their food is good but their service has become horrendous.. I call sometimes and they tell me they can't deliverill call again then they say "after 8 we don't deliver anymore " ok fine.I call again and they say "no worries any time you want a delivery we will come " .i call today at 7ish and now they can't deliver AGAIN. LIKE PICK ONE. I responded with an "oookkay" and the woman on the phone said "MHMM"Sooo DONE with this place. No consistency what so ever. ALSO, I would like to add that once I ordered a pizza here with my co worker and instead of regular pizza cheese there was sliced American cheese on my pizza. GET IT TOGETHER. You would think a place you have been ordering from as well as your co workers have for this long you would be treated with the same acceptable customer service from day 1.
I ordered a salad ahead of time, got there and it wasn't ready. They didn't even know that I ordered it. The waitress found the ticket in the back. Then The woman told me that "someone else took my order". I waited for my salad to be made, paid (it was more then what was listed on the website) , and then left. I got to work, opened my salad and it's a container full of lettuce that's already drenched in dressing. The lettuce is limp and gross. Th chicken is whatever, no she hint amazing. That's the only two ingredients in the salad- Lettuce with some chicken. Horrible experience.
Frank's has amazing pizza and a seemingly endless variety of different combinations of toppings. The staff is very friendly and always happy to provide an excellent experience. I appreciate their efforts and service.
This place is a rip off and the owner is so rude and arrogant! I ordered a whole meatball sub half with no cheese. I have two kids and only one eats cheese. I obviously ordered a whole to save money. When I went to pick up my order they wanted to charge me for two halves which comes out to $3 more. When I questioned him about it he told me that's how he does it and if I don't like it I can go elsewhere! So he wanted me to pay more for less food essentially! I have been to many other places where they only charge me for a whole sub. He used smaller 6 inch sub rolls as well, not true Italian bread! I only purchased the food because my kids were hungry and he knew it so he basically took advantage of the situation. I really wished I had just walked out and took my kids else where but I think he probably would've served the food to someone else and that is why he didn't care if I left.
Everytime I order anything BBQ they give me some sweet and sour sauce !!

I drive a truck vocationally and have over 7 million miles logged, so when I say I've had pizza from all over these great United States, you can believe it ! I LOVE pizza. I could eat it every day. Having established myself as a connoisseur of the delicious pie, I can recommend Frank's with confidence. Frank's pizza is one I've driven 60 miles out of the way to enjoy. Whether it has been a plain cheese, or a loaded specialty, the only disappointment has been in the eventuality of the last slice.
Franks is a local tradition, and bridges the gap between a typical "old school" pizza place, and a more modern restaurant with an expanded range of offerings.
They do a brisk lunch and dinner business, and have a wide range of slices available if you're in a hurry. They're also pretty quick if you need a cheesesteak or something to go.
It's a good, decent pizza, and a step above average, although not truly exceptional. The staff is uniformly excellent. After Hurricane Sandy, when almost everyone was without power and shut down, Frank's was a madhouse, yet they kept cooking and handled everything while still being friendly, and I won't forget that!
