When facing divorce you need sound compassionate legal help from someone with the knowledge, skill and experience necessary to help you identify and achieve your goals. Divorce is an extremely difficult situation in which emotions run high and tend to cloud our logic and judgement. Add the very personal details that must be placed on display for all to see and financial burden added to an already volatile situation and divorce can be completely devastating - physically and emotionally. I scheduled a free consultation with Mr. Raines and immediately felt that he genuinely cared about my situation. He was sensitive, thoughtful and detailed in his questions.
I found Chris to be the perfect balance between a knowledgeable professional and real person who got how devastating and life changing divorce can be. During the entire process, Chris and his legal assistant Alice were always available by phone or email and respond to my queries promptly. Chris was always responsive and reassuring, guiding me through the emotional obstacle course and helping me to make choices based on logic and fact versus emotion. Chris is very personable and approachable. He has a good relationship with the court as well as a strong professional network with other attorneys in the trade. He is selfless, he fights fair and most importantly he fights for what is right. Chris is soft spoken but staunch, steadfast and a passionate advocate - a bull dog when confronting non-reasonable requests or people. Chris made a very complicated situation smooth and every time I walked out of his office I felt confident and safe knowing that Chris had my best interest in mind.

I highly recommend Blankenship Law Office. Mr. Blankenship and Mr. Raines helped me with my legal matter, and I could not be more satisfied with their services. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.
