Every time I interact with a member of this team I am impressed. Our realtor for purchasing a condo at the lake was Tammy Rosenthal, who was an asset during the purchase. Not only was she knowledgeable about the area and unique considerations of lakefront property, she truly was active in the negotiating process. As if this wasn't enough, 4 months after closing on the condo, powerful storm hit the area hard. The next day Tammy called and asked if we wanted her to check on our condo for damage. That is AMAZING service after the sale.

Virginia Kirvan is AWESOME! If we had questions or concerns with the purchasing of our Condo, she was right there with an answer. If she didn't know it, she would get a hold of people who knew the answer. We were so glad to have Virginia on our side. When we got discouraged with banks not getting information or lacking on getting things done, she was right there to encourage and to keep everything moving forward and getting answers to keep things on time. Our agent was Virginia Kirvan. Virginia was there for us throughout the entire process. She answered every question we had, and returned all of our phone calls. Thanks to her, we are now enjoying our new condo at the lake! We would highly recommend Virginia to any of our friends looking for a lake home!

Our experience with the Fran Campbell team was nothing less than excellent. We had Billi Miller was our agent and we couldn't have been happier. Billi made the long distance purchase process as simple as possible and she was always available to respond to any questions or requests we may have had whether pertaining to the purchase or the community.
