This establishment is extremely rude, complaints were responded with being told if we don't like the service to go elsewhere. Food quality is extremely poor.

After spending the week in Snowshoe for MTB Nationals, I came to realize open hours of all the restaurants was extremely limited. Foxfire on the other hand, was open much later than all the others so my group always ended up here. The good thing about this, is that the service was quick and friendly, even when they were slammed! The food was always delicious, reasonably priced and served in big portions! Yum!!

Great food, but the service could've been better. Really slow. I'd definitely return because the food was excellent and priced well.

A nice spot with a cool atmosphere. I suggest making reservations if possible. Our meals were really good.

Horrible service! Not because of the long wait (which it was long) but because of the lackadaisical attitude of the staff. Got our beers AFTER we got done eating (how is that even possible???) Asked to talk to manager never came, I ended up going up to talk to her. Food was pretty good onsidering the type of restaurant. I would steer clear.

My friend and I went to Foxfire Grille and had THE worst service. It took about 20+ minutes to even be recognized by any sort of wait staff. Then, I asked for a large water because I was so thirsty. I got a small cup of water, which sat empty from pretty much the minute it got to the table and wasn't refilled for quite some time.

Food (two burgers) took about 25-30 minutes to get to our table. Mine had 2 hairs on the top inside portion of my hamburger bun. I had to get up to go to the bar to show our waitstaff. It took another 10 minutes to get a new bun and my food was so cold.

To get our check/pay, it took another 25 or so minutes! I would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant to anybody!

The atmosphere is the number one reason why this place is packed, it feels like the place to be, it's leaves you buzzing with energy and you don't even need to get it from a red bull and vodka! The other really good part is the food, bbq, ribs, burgers. And always something with a twist that's just the right combo of crazy to be addictive! But if you are trying to eat in a hurry, not the place for you, usually had to go get in about an hour ahead of time to get the dinner time You want, and the summer time sunsets are going to bring you back as often as the awesome menu that changes before you get to try everything you wanted to try, and local brews aren't to shabby.
