Somebody purchased a car over a year ago from Fox and they screwed up his email address and used mine instead. I have called the dealership and emailed them to fix it, but still it is wrong. At this point I could have had all sorts of fun with the guy's data if I was a bad dude, but I'm not. So I'll just keep trying to get Fox Negaunee's attention by posting bad reviews!

Excellent, fast service. My truck developed engine trouble on the way to work. Called the service manager and he arranged for a tow. Had the truck fixed and ready to go by that afternoon.

Bob is really friendly and goes out of his way to make you satisfied. Clean place. They took care of my problems and after I complained about them reurning my vehicle dirty they made it spotless inside! Will be returning to buy my vehicles here.

We where looking for a used car but, Casey was able to get us into a better deal and fit us into a New Chevy Conic. I was shocked and excited it was easier to buy a New Car than an old one and also the Financial Manager was able to make our payment the same amount as our old Car we traded in. We are so happy!
