  Probably the biggest pasties in the UP, and at the same price as everywhere else. Not the very best I've had, but if you're hungry on a budget, damn this is the place to go.

  Best I've found in the UP. Crisp, flaky crust; quality authentic ingredients. Pasties had good flavor, though gravy wasn't savory enough. Excellent customer service.

  Very first pasties. Everything was very good. I had the chicken pot pie one and my boyfriend had the beef one. We also got a blueberry turnover. Very good. The 2 young ladies working were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

  Small spot with ice cream and mainly take out pasty options. Very good pastys and more than a few flavor choices which was nice.

  Best pasties in the UP as far as I'm concerned. Meaty, and larger than you'll get at some other places. Now offering fruit pasties (bought, but not yet tried).*
  *Tried them. They're delicious. Blueberry was my favorite I think.

  Not exactly local so I can't really say how good the pasties are compared to other shops, but they're pretty good. Was also wonderful to find a gluten free option!

  Gluten Free fruit turnovers are good!
  
  Friendly staff and customers!
  
  Only issue was that the wait times were different between the meat pasties and turnovers, but luckily, neither got cold.

  My husband and I went here on our honeymoon and it was hands down the best meal we have had yet! Warm, delicious pastiesand not to mention gluten free pasties AND apple turnovers! For anyone with gluten allergies or Celiac disease, like myself, these pasties are phenomenal and the apple turnover is the perfect finish to a great meal! The owner takes extreme precaution when preparing pasties, and him and his wife both understand the need to use separate ovens, trays, utensils, etc. We absolutely recommend!
