Neat small time operation that's smokes meats and cheeses (Cabot) with mostly hickory. The meats were tasty. Would highly recommend the country stick sausage. The breakfast sausage recipe needs a little tweak in my opinion.

Small retail store, very rustic makes for a fun Saturday drive in Canterbury woods. Meats and cheeses are all smoked, be prepared for higher than normal prices due to their uniqueness.

This is my new favorite place. Just a tiny little store on the owners property. Every single thing I tried from there was amazingly good. Their bacon is some of the best I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and stock up!!

This place has been a family favorite for over 25 years, it's worth the drive to pick up the most incredible smoked meats and cheeses that you have ever had. This place is a wonderful place to buy gifts for people, including yourself! Try the Aged smoked cheddar and the original beef jerky together! Don't forget to grab the Moxie for the ride.

When driving directions to a store include "then you turn off the paved road" it better be someplace special. Fox Country smoke house is someplace special. I particularly like their smoked cheeses.

Fox Country distribute to country stores around New Hampshire, so I just need to convince my local place to start stocking, same the wear on my car's suspension.
