I’ve been visiting First Stop for over 3 years now and just returned after moving away to he same great food. I brought my boyfriend from out of town and at first he was heistant but as we started eating he quickly realized why this is such a little gem in Conway. My favorite is their pizza because it is quick, loaded with toppings and always satisfies that true pizza craving. The women that work there aren’t going to coddle you, but they are great at what they do and they seem to keep people coming back (as evidence of the 5 person line at 1pm on a Wednesday). So glad I got the chance to come back again!

Today is the last time we will order food from first stop !! The staff is rude the food is thrown together no consistency. Its too bad we are local and like to give our business to the local businesses. I will not recommend First Stop to anyone.

Being born & raised here in Conway , NH thus having been doing business with your establishment since your inception, as well as my family, this will now be coming to an end !
In trying to place a take out order tonight, with our out of town guests, we asked what subs you had on your menu, your very rude response was.. we are busy, I don't have time to tell you what our menu is !
Well we no longer have time to do business with you any longer.
As a food establishment you should ALWAYS have time to be NICE to ALL customers. Sad you feel it is okay to treat customers this way , especially one that has supported your business for many many many years.
As they say word of mouth is the best advertisement, well i will certainly be spreading the word about your VERY rude customer service. With the competition out there i doubt you will survive much longer treating your regular customers in this manner. There is absolutely , no excuse , for this RUDE behavior !
P.S. we ordered subs at your competition next door , Brothers Orig. and their customer service was excellent as was their food ! They have gained us as a new weekly customer !response / report this review -

I live in Conway Village and visit First Stop on occasion. The food has been good and the service is even better. Because the business if VERY active during lunch time, the employees shift gears to take care of the patrons. All my experiences have been positive and there's a wide variety from the menu. If you want something quick, then certain items are immediately available. In my opinion, all the bases are covered.
