Just incredible. The service was exceptional and the mattress was the most comfortable hotel I've slept on.
Staff is friendly. The rooms don't have coffee makers which I find odd since cheap hotels have them. You have to request them. And mine showed up hours later. The lobby is stunning but the rooms don't match. They need a fresh new look, especially the bathroom countertops! They don't give you much extras like mouthwash or candy on pillow, free water etc. Out of the several Four Seasons I've stayed in this was is on the bottom of the list hence the 3 stars.
The four seasons in midtown is gorgeous, the staff is super nice and helpful. They not only did a day clean but also an evening clean (freaked me out a bit at first). Overall great experience.
I had a UPS package delivered to the hotel for one of the guests. After delivery the package went missing. Jeanette at the front desk was so amazing! She searched and searched for the package until it was located and then she called me to let me know it had been found. THANKS for the awesome customer service!
Convenient downtown location. Prompt valet service. Friendly and accommodating staff upon arrival. Was upgraded to a suite, as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Delicious cocktails in the on premises bar. Clean room with luxury amenities. Enjoyed breakfast at the on site restaurant. Had lunch via room service. All delicious, hot and well prepared. Excellent overall experience
Full disclosure, I work here. The bar is hip and has great cocktails. The wine list is excellent. One of the best cheese boards in town.
Oh also, definitely go to the spa!!
Do not recommend this spa. Bad experience start to finish. Wasn't shown around spa to use steam room, or pool, or showers. Showers were very mildewy. Shampoo bottle filled but soap and conditioner were empty. No combs or brushes to dry your hair with. For the price you pay for a massage there, the accommodations are greatly lacking! Go to the St Regis. Five stars all the way!!
Pretty good hotel for the price. I can't complain. The room was very cozy and he hotel has all the amenities you can ever want from a hotel. I stayed here because of a business trip, and was more than satisfied - Ansel Diama
Classic hotel with all the basics done well; bed was comfortable, shower pressure was excellent, adequate power supply next to bed for charging of devices. So far all excellent.
I booked a room with corp rate, and I assume that's why I got an older less contemporary looking room. The room did feel dated, but it was still very comfortable and well maintained.
Service in general was good, though I did miss the personal feeling of smaller Four Seasons hotels; I wasn't greeted by name for example, nor was I offered a bottle of water etc when I walked out of the hotel into hot sun -- all actions I've experienced in other FS properties i.e nothing above and beyond. Service was attentive though; at the bar, front entrance and at the spa/pool - everyone performed their jobs well and attentively.
The pool area is nice, but can feel a little stuffy on a hot day since it is all indoors. Sauna and steam facilities are small but sufficient. The shower products could use a little updating but are also fine.
Favorite hotel in Atlanta. Comfortable rooms. Great staff. Convenient location. Great food.
I only went to the Four Seasons to drop off some paperwork but the valet service was exceptional. They're able to manage and navigate a high number of cars while making sure everyone is safe and secure. I have high confidence in their courteous staff.
Beautiful hotel and impeccable customer service. I stayed here for work and would gladly do so again. Food from room service and the on-site Bar Margot is good. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. All of the above made this Four Seasons ideal for both work and rest.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HoteIRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
This hotel is wonderful. It's a great place to stay for business. We stay here during the Atlantas Mart and love being able to escape the crowded downtown area. The restaurant is decent although there are a couple of really good Places around the corner. It's very quiet in the rooms and the beds are super comfortable.
