UPDATE May 2022: Fountain Mountain is awesome all around! I've had my fountain since 2019 and absolutely love it. Went to put it in this year and 1 of my lights was not working (a old light kit they used to sell). I called FM and spoke to Carl. He took the info and said he'd call me back. He called within 15 min and said he found some of the old lights. Gave me a very reasonable price, and shipped them that day. I recieved them 3 days later and I'm back enjoying my fountain. These guys rock! Do not hesitate to buy from them. Great product and awesome customer service!
Update NOV 2020. I am about to remove the fountain for the 2nd winter. I hate to take it out. I STILL absolutely love this fountain, and it has worked flawlessly. I did have water in the lights when I removed it last year so I did make a simple modification to keep the water out of them. Love it!
ORIGINAL REVIEW 2019: When I called to inquire about their products, Mike was very helpful. I ended up purchasing a Supreme X-Large Stainless fountain with the light kit option (included now). I installed it in a natural pond behind my house this past Spring. So far, the fountain and the lights have worked flawlessly! And it is amazing! The fountain (I use the classic v-shape head) puts up a BEAUTIFUL display with basically the dimensions advertised, 5-6' high, 16' wide; that I was anticipating. What I didn't expect was the fantastic sound of the display. It's like I have a big waterfall in by backyard. My neighbors have even commented on the sound, and at night with the lights on is incredible. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT! The temperatures are beginning to reach the freezing level at night and for the next few days I am running the fountain 24/7 so I can leave it in a little longer before removing it for the winter. My wife and I have a spring fed pond behind our house. After lots of research and phone calls, the folks at Fountain Mountain were/are so knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a set from them about a year ago, pump, lights and timer, etc. We absolutely love it and so does anyone who views it. Fast forward to recently we decided to sell our house and purchase a bigger house. The pond fountain, lights and timer were a huge selling point and it really stood out. After going under contract and less than 2 weeks from closing, unfortunately my pump just quit. I don't know why and it doesn't matter. I needed a new pump. I was panicking because I had to deliver on my promise to the new buyer. I contacted the company on a Sunday evening with a request for a new pump, didn't matter the cost. Mike contacted me first thing the next morning and had me squared away in minutes. He knew exactly what I needed and he absolutely delivered. I received the pump 3 days later and all was good. Thank you so much for your knowledge and great customer service. Thank you Mike! We closed on our house and all went as planned. I would highly recommend Fountain Mountain to anyone

Wow! THANK YOU Fountain Mountain for your great customer service, advice and guidance. I couldn't be happier. After hesitating to commit to a fountain for 3 years, I finally found an excellent quality fountain for a reasonable price. Fantastic. Here are some pictures! Thanks again!

We purchased the FF-100xlarge pond fountain and could not be happier with the function and display. We had a great experience purchasing with Fountain Mountain, the price was the best we found and the equipment is high quality and made to last. The spray pattern is larger and more intricate than we anticipated. Our little 1/3 acre lake looks like a golf course now.

I purchased a Fountain Mountain floating aeration pump over 6 years ago. It has worked flawlessly every time I plug it in after the winter. It is well made and sturdy. It has kept my pond, 1/4 acre well aerated and gives a beautiful display. The pricing was perfect . I will buy another when this one goes. Thanks for a great product.
