Jared from complete glass installed a new all glass shower in our master bathroom about a year ago. Unfortunately the glass door did not fit properly. The door is not flush with the glass walls from either side to side or from top to bottom. Our general contractor who subcontracted Complete Glass has tried to get them to fix it for a year now and Complete Glass has been non responsive. Our contractor has therefore withheld payment to Complete Glass until they fix the shoddy work. A few weeks ago Jared showed up at our front door confronted my wife and threatened to put a lien on our home unless he was paid in full. Now his attorney has called to discuss the matter. It’s unbelievable to me that somehow Complete Glass feels they should be paid in full for shoddy work that is unacceptable. We’ve had another glass company come over and they agree the door is unacceptable and they are willing to fix the door. Complete Glass will not guarantee their work and they expect us to accept poor workmanship. We will be remodeling our basement in the future and we will most certainly not be using Complete Glass nor will we ever recommend them to family or friends. I will use a company that will stand behind their work and willing to guarantee it.

Overall I am satisfied, with the beautiful glass that they installed, however there are 2 things that brings this review way down. The helper of the installer was stopped to clean the glass after it was installed did a terrible job. I got this installed on a rainy day and the glass was very dirty. He cleaned it once and then looked saying I was going to have to clean it many more times to get all of the dirty gone. And then they left it looking terrible and that's exactly what I ended up doing. The other issue is the silicone caulk was done very poorly in an area and I have mold I have to deal with now and then will redo the silicone myself.

I used Complete Glass Utah to install new shower glass in my master bathroom. Not only were they faster to get me scheduled and installed than their competitors but, they also found the perfect hardware to match the rest of my bathroom! They also installed the glass while I was putting my daughter down for a nap and were very quiet and respectful. I would definitely recommend them for any shower glass installation.

Complete Glass did a fabulous job on our custom shower. It looks gorgeous! We are not quite done with our floor yet, but will put in more pictures once we are fully done. They worked very well with us and were able to help us get exactly what we wanted with the best value possible. These guys are great experts at what they do and they got the job done in great time. Thank you so much. We absolutely love it!

Amazing Work and Customer Service. I shopped around to various glass shops before choosing Complete glass. They were knowledgeable, fastlike ridiculous fast, competitively priced, great to work with, and did amazing work. The shower turned out great and it is exactly what I was wanting. They were able to provide alternative options where other shops simply said no. I will definitely recommend them in the future. Top notch work and business all around. Thank you!
