Very good place to stay in Miami. I stayed there for 5 nights, visiting from Curaçao. The staff is very friendly, instantly felt welcome and at home. The food is excellent. My next business trip to Miami I will definitely be staying again at Fortune House.

Husband & I love staying in newly renovated places, so I’m glad we stayed here. Cleaning staff did a phenomenal job. Views are great. We’ll be back to celebrate New Years.

Great service from everyone, especially Elizabeth and Nick. The room was spotless, had lots of space, and totally comfortable. Great service by the valet team who gave us great restaurant suggestion during our stay. Good gym with lots of equipment. Even though there was some remodelling going on and our room was near the elevator, it was quiet. Will definitely return.

Five stars for value.
Terrific location set right between the Conrad and Four Seasons.
Large, well kept and well furnished apartments with kitchen and fridge freezer.
Nice pool and gym.
Decent bar and restaurant on site.
This is not a five star hotel. No bling..but a very comfortable hotel being formed from an older style apartment block. Plenty of improvement works being undertaken whilst there.
The 2 bedroom units are great for a family vacation.
Shopping, restaurants, supermarkets etc all nearby.
Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Amazing stay!
This is a great hotel. I was traveling from Slovakia and found the best place. 2 weeks in a beautiful luxury apartment. I had everything I needed. Full kitchen and laundry in my apartment. Much better than any hotel. I will be back in the summer of 2018. Thank you to all the friendly staff. Love Miami.response / report this review -

Great place to stay in downtown Miami, especially if you plan on being there for an extended time. The location is great, downtown near amazing restaurants as well. The staff couldn't be more friendly, instantly felt welcome. Can't wait to visit again, definitely a must stay if you are visiting Miami and wish to stay downtown.

Great hotel in downtown Miami! Loved the modern motif, and I can never express the convenience of having your own kitchen. My eyes are bigger then my stomach most times, especially when our hotel is in easy walking distance to an incredible Cuban restaurant, so I always have leftovers that I can heat up the next day. Spacious gym, scenic pool, it had everything I needed. Will def be back!response / report this review -

Very nice hotel. Great place for extended stays. I was there for 4 days and enjoyed it a lot. I am from Slovakia and was traveling in the US and was in 5 cities. Miami and this hotel were by far the nicest. I loved Miami and did not want to leave. Unfortunately I had to go. I will be back and stay at the Fortune House Hotel.

Great hotel in downtown Miami! Loved the modern motif, and I can never express the convenience of having your own kitchen. A true gem in the heart of Miami. The room was spacious modern with a view that took my breath away. The view from our balcony made for some really sweet photos. The location was ideal a stone throw away from all the major thing's to do in Miami. The shopping, The nightlife, The beaches. We really had a great stay at the FH. I had a great workout at the gym made hopping into the jacuzzi at night easy. And, the service from the staff was excellent helpful in every regard. If in need of a place to stay while in Miami choose the FH it's a excellent choice. e.

Best hotel in downtown Miami. I have stayed here before. They have completely renovated the inside and outside of the property. Very nicely done. This is not a regular hotel. The suites are 1000 spare feet. The staff is incredible. The restaurant has great food. Very well located to all major areas in Miami. I come to Miami every year and will definitely always stay here.

Wow! This place is absolutely incredible! We stayed here for Spring Break and I am still shocked in how nice the rooms are. Everything is so clean and modern. Our room had two full bedrooms, kitchen, bay view, living room The staff was very friendly and courteous, we did not need much but we were always greeted very nicely. The hotel is located just off of Brickell which has changed so much in the last couple of years, so many new restaurants and shopping. Overall just a top notch hotel and a wonderful stay! We will be coming back for sure!

My new favorite Miami Hotel! My sister and I spent the weekend here last month. What an amazing hotel! You couldn't ask for a better location. I was here a year ago and its been completely renovated. My suite was gorgeous and brand new. The in-suite kitchen was top of the line and so clean. The housekeeping staff was top-notch, everything was spotless. Views are beautiful. I've never been to a hotel gym with so much equipment. We ate the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious - try the steak. We will definitely be back again.

From the moment we checked in the staff was friendly, and engaging. The hotel was quiet and the suite was perfect. We stayed on property for most our visit utilizing the pool and bar. The food was great and the wait staff engaging and on point. The entire hotel was clean. We will definitely be visiting again soon.
