  Bad customer service, Spent over 4000 dollars at Fortmans to fix my travel trailer and never finished project, After many calls to there management and 2 months later, Still haven't put on decals on travel trailer and the one they did put on is wrongclearly this place is all about the money so beware. They sure don't care about their paying customers

  Sub-par customer service. I called in to inquire about some warranty work for my 2017 Jayco and was informed that it couldn't get done until October 31st. When I asked why so long, since it's a simple warranty fix for the window (that is not sealing currently), I was informed that I was not one of "their" customers and that they had to take care of "their" customers first. No, I did not purchase the rv from them, but people do move and circumstances do change. Sad excuse for small town customer care! I will never be one of "their" customers. I called the next closest Jayco dealer and they were able to help me on the spot! I will be one of "their" customers for now on! When I called Jayco directly, which was a very pleasant experience, they informed me that unfortunately they cannot change the attitude of this dealership as Fortmans just has the right to sell the Jayco brand. But Jayco did state that warranty work is warranty work and they get paid the same no matter who "their" customers are.

  We have walked away from big RV stores because of salesmen, being a number, or feeling pressured. We really enjoyed working with Fortmans. Jodi was our salesperson. She was friendly, knowlegable and professional. We also dealt with Mark and Carl. All of which were professional and friendly. A very good experience!
