Small store, nice experience, friendly staff, ideal prices, but not many items associated with warrant officers Afterall, Rucker is the Warrant Officer Career College.

You get a great deal with the 10% off retail but the workers really ruin the experience and the space is really small and dark. Sometimes you will end up waiting in line for 20 minutes. If you only have one or two items, you can sometimes check out at the jewelry counter if someone is there.

Great place, nice food court, hair salon, barber shop, GNC, Hertz, but clothes in main store are a little expensive.

Very disappointed in this AAFES facility. The selection of the stores available items is very limited. One of the worst garrison AAFES facilities I have ever been in.

Hardly ever shop here. Prices are consistently higher than stores off base. Nearly all the stores off base have better pricing on goods.

It's small, but, if had what you would want out of a small exchange. The prices are really not that great, but, all exchanges have a lot less customers than the old days. The cashiers do not speak or great you in a pleasant way until you take the initiative to chat with them.

The employees and selection are great. I cant stand the arrangement though. Some home goods, toys, and sporting goods are in a seperate segment and essentially seperate store from the rest of the merchandise. If you need something that could be on either side you may end up walking back and forth several times and have to leave the other items you want to buy on the other side.

Has everything one could need immediately. Cashiers are very nice. The rest of the staff, who knows, can never find anyone to help and if you do they will be yapping away about personal matters." The cashiers are extremely helpful, and should be treated with the greatest respect.

I worked for AAFES ten years ago, and work with them for ten years. I started as a regular intermittent employee, and worked my way up the later without jumping pass any, until I became general manager. I started out at Fort Rucker before I went mobile. Let me tell you, there was so much standard bank then! The things I see now, was never acceptable back then. The food court manager is very nice and kind, but he has some employees that are not. They are the face for the fast food and for AAFES. I hardly go to the exchange food court because of prior not so good experiences at Charley's. However, my husband and son went last week, and when I noticed there was another employee on duty, we ordered from Charley's, and this young lady was very nice and engaged with all the customers, so I know to visit only if she's on duty 👀. I've had better experiences at the other food facilities there.
