  I would never go to this place just based on the review responses from the owner. He is rude and unwilling to work with his customers. Too many ghost tours in the US to settle with this one.

  Don't bother wasting your time trying to book a tour Every time I call it get a voice-mail, I leave a message and nobody calls me back. Cool story bro 👍

  I typically don't leave bad reviews, however, this company and management is horrible. My family and I were in the Fort Lauderdale area for a few days and booked a tour with the company, prepaid for the event and ended up missing the "walking tour" due to traffic and parking. The meeting place for this event is at the Cheesecake factory in a very busy location of Fort Lauderdale and as you can image parking was a mess. We arrived at the meeting place about 10 minutes past departure and the tour had left. I immediately emailed the company to ask if we could do the tour the following night (now knowing the obstacles). I never received a response, I called the company the next day about 1pm since I had not heard from them. The man who answered was very rude and said they were booked up and this is like "booking tickets for a concert". Okay, thats great. I then asked about their policies because this is not specific on the website, if we can't get in on another tour, can we get a refund. I don't see any policies written about this on the website. I then mentioned that I went on the website to see if that days tour was in fact booked by attempting to rebook and according to the website there were tickets available. He continued to cut me off, would not allow me to speak and was a complete jack ass. The bottom line is, this is a good example of a company that is only there to make a quick buck and not build relationships.

  Really fun. Tour guide was great. Really liked him. He made it fun. He has been doing it longer than anyone else in the area. He is very experienced. He has written book on ghost. He is definitely passionate in what he does.

  This ghost tour was so much fun! Our tour guide was really informative about Fort Lauderdale history most of us locals don't know anymore, and we actually saw some strange shapes and orbs in some of the haunted buildings. I especially liked the feature of showing photos people have taken on the tour, along with playing some creepy recordings from the past, it really adds to the entire experience. I've been on ghost tours up north before and never experienced a sighting like we did on this tour. It's fun to see all of the history/ hauntings right behind popular bars and night scenes! Added bonus, our tour guide was very patient with our group and very very funny. Would definitely go on this tour again!

  It was great. Living in Fort Lauderdale most of my life nice to play tourist and hear the history of it while on the New River in the evening was fantastic.
