The "buffet" consist of frozen Stouffer's lasagna , frozen Cordon Bleu, a few other frozen items, along with a tray of cheesecake bites that were melted from the heat. It was out dated decor, music was terrible, and not worth the cost at all. We could have done so much more with $130.00!

The trip itself was wonderful. All except for one waitress who was extremely rude. Took other passengers to their seats before us, even though we had gotten in line before them. Because of this, my party, including my grandmother, was told to either separate and sit downstairs, or move upstairs and sit together. We sat upstairs where it was extremely windy. We then went downstairs to eat, and the same lady told us in a nasty tone, "No moving around. I will dismiss your tables." Even though everyone was up and eating already. She almost wouldn't even allow one elderly man to use the restroom downstairs. I enjoyed the trip and the rest of the servers, but she was terrible.

I want to write a contrasting review to Roxy's review, given that I work on this vessel and was on the boat the day Roxy was on board. We experienced one of our worst mechanical issues in our 16 year history that day. The bearings in our alternator gave out and the generator quit. I was the one who detected the smoke and shut down the generator. It was very fortunate (due to my quick action) there was no fire or other issue with the two engines that drive the boat and were able to complete a normal 2 hour cruise that day. This also shut down our ability to cook any food, however we did pass out free chips and snacks to everyone on board. Roxy, there was no surprise that your food was not allowed on. When you walked on the dock there was a plainly visible sign saying "no personal coolers, lunch boxes or drinks are allowed on board." This was also told to you in the office when you paid. We have a NYS Liquor licence and a Restaurant licence. You don't bring your own food or booze/soda into any restaurant, anywhere in this country. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW!!!! The thick screens on the lower level (only) are also a Coast Guard requirement to prevent people from sticking arms out where they could be dismembered while launching/docking, and are thick mesh to support the weight of someone falling into one to prevent man overboard. We are sorry you were not satisfied, but things like this happen on any boat, and we are very strict about Coast Guard/NYS law compliance for passenger safety. I realize there is a conflict of interest in writing this review, but the public deserves to hear the truth, and not an uninformed biased opinion.
