Went in to open a business checking account and was turned off at the rude customer service. Instead of a welcome greeting, and maybe an invitation to talk to a banker. I was greeted directly with "do you have two forms of ID with you? and " just so you know we hold deposits for 7 business days". I asked why 7 business days if a check normally clears within 3 ? Her response was that was their policy. No thanks, I pick a bank that accually wants my business and perhaps treats their customers with a little kindness.
