  Wow. Just experience it for yourself. May I recommend telling customers what it is YOU do right, instead of what other stores wrong. Try it.

  If I could give this furniture a 0 star I would. I bought a head board and frame(king size) and put it together to find warped wood, and wood that was too short to fit the frame. It's a joke. I've had my bed for less than a month and everything is completely broke. When I called them *within the first week of purchase in store they told me to take apart my bed and only bring back the pieces that didn't work. It's sad they sell things that are such pieces of crap. I'll never shop there again. I found this bed cheaper on Amazon and think it's funny I even bought from this place. Also, the price online was cheaper than in store and I had to pull it up to show them. I'd rather support local businesses but when this happens it's hard to not go back to Denver mattress.

  I bought a Queen size mattress and the sale person told me I had 30 days to return and if I took the bed out the plastic there would be a 20% restocking fee. I only had this bed for 3 days ( my doughter 14 said it was to hard for her ) and when I returned it the manager said they could not refund once it has been out the plastic. That's not what they told me when I bought it! He said there could be bed bugs in the mattress! Really!! Shop online or Sams, Costco, where you can get much better customer service and if need be returned the product no questions asked! (Out of the plastic) Consumer reports thinks so as well.
