The entire dealership is truly loyal to their customers from the moment you walk into their showroom! They pay attention to the little things that may often go overlooked or unanswered and continually go above and beyond to make sure all questions are answered and concerns are addressed. We looked all around for a vehicle, and found interest in a vehicle at Forrester. Joshua Myers was able to answer all my questions, and give me a lot of details. He took my daughter for multiple test drives prior to our appointment. Joshua went above and beyond for us, all the while being very professional, sympathetic, and an enjoyable experience. Friendliest dealership I dealt with by far, highly recommend.

Great, non pressurized sales environment! Our non-profit organization has now purchased two vehicles from Travis Mummert at Forrester Lincoln. In each case, we have been treated personally and professionally, and with integrity. Travis has been very candid in answering our questions, and responsive to concerns before and after the sale. In fact, it has been many years since purchasing our first vehicle from Travis, and he is continuing to follow up on that vehicle and helps us to keep it safe and roadworthy, even at 13 years old and 130,000 miles!

I was shopping for a good used car for myself and my wife. We saw one at Forrester Lincoln and decided to stop and check it out. We had dealt with Travis many years ago so we contacted him. He was very understanding of our criteria for a used car and stayed focused on what we wanted. He didn't try to change our mind and steer us to something that we didn't ask for. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and was polite and respectful throughout the entire process. I can't say enough about his attentiveness and professionalism. He handled the paperwork quickly and had us on the road in a very short period of time. Toby, the Dealer Principle, took time out of his busy day to chat with us about our purchase. His personal touch made us feel like we were truly valued customers. Because of our overall experience at Forresters we will be back in the future and we can recommend others to do the same.

Hello All,
I recently purchased a vehicle from Forrester Lincoln. I live in Il and the Mercury villager that I had been searching for was in PA. The car looked very clean but I needed more pictures and the sales person Joshua Myers was more than happy to go out and take multiple pictures of the bottom of doors and quarter panels. The mini van was pristine and Joshua read me the mechanics service report which sounded great. Long story short I bought an airplane ticket to PA and found that everything Joshua said was the truth the mini van was more than I hoped for. The whole Team at Forrester Lincoln were very courteous and treated me like family.

It was my first dealing with Forrester Lincoln and I will definitely return for any future vehicle needs. I purchased my F150 from Joshua Myers who is a great, personable, low pressure sales person and not at all like the stereotypical car salesman from past experiences that have made me dread car shopping. He was very knowledgeable of the product, offered his unbiased opinion and kept things light and humorous for hours while I test drove several trucks before making my decision. I love my truck so far and can definitely recommend this dealership and Josh to anyone looking for an enjoyable car buying experience!

My rating of our experience at Forrester was solely due to the salesperson that I worked with. Joshua Myers made sure that I had all the details in regards to the vehicle I was looking at and made sure that I felt comfortable with my decision on purchase. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of and that I was satisfied. If it wasn't for the great assistance that he provided me with, I may not have purchased the vehicle. He followed up with us after words to make sure that we were happy with our vehicle. Forrester is fortunate to have a salesperson like Joshua that represents their business so well. I would definitely work with Joshua again on another vehicle purchase.

Travis took care of me and man, he was something else. It was my first ever car purchase and Travis made everything fast and simple. He made sure to get us a low interest rate and keep our payments where we wanted them. He was very helpful, he put our needs into consideration and was never pushy and I will definitely be recommending others that want a car to Travis at Forrester's.

Travis was great to work with and made the entire transaction fast and simple. This is the second vehicle that I purchased from Travis and fourth from Forrester Lincoln. Travis kept me updated on the progress transaction, shopped around for financing, and even took care of getting everything to my insurance agent so I was ready to drive off the lot. I drove from 3:30 hours away to view and test drive a sports car at Forrester Lincoln Mercury. Before making the drive, I called up the location and spoke with Mike, who informed that he would put the keys in his desk, if I was interested in purchasing the car. Upon arriving at the location, Mike had the keys in his desk, just like he assured me. While present, I was unbelievably impressed with the 51 year old family business. While taking a test drive of the vehicle, Mike gave me a history lesson on the dealership, as well as the neighborhood. Upon heading back to the dealership and getting ready to purchase the car, there was a misunderstanding on the sticker price of the car and the price of the car online. Even though, the car’s price online was less than the sticker price, Mike and Bill honored the lower car price online. Mike and Bill are 100% honest, straightforward and trustworthy businessmen. These character traits are almost impossible to find in the business world today, but not at Forrester Lincoln Mercury.
I have met a lot of business people in my life, but the way Mike handled the entire situation, was legendary. I can’t stay enough of how professional he, his family, their employees and their business is ran. Mike did not try and sell me a car, he advised me on the vehicle and let me make the decision for myself. If you are interested in purchasing a car, I highly recommend traveling the extra distance to see Mike at Forrester Lincoln Mercury. See what he can do for you! The next time I know anyone is in the market for a car, I'm sending them to Mike.

I am always treated in a friendly manner with attention given to what details I'm looking for in my vehicle/detailing on the car/cost/financing, etc. Whether I'm there to look at a used car on budget corner or dream about a future, new Lincoln (MKC), I'm treated like a valued customer. And, the sales team always takes interest in me as a person with genuine conversation. I've now purchased 8 vehicles from Forrester's over the years, and my adult children are customers there as well. I'm in the process of looking at vehicle possibilities for my daughter who is moving back to PA. Mike Manning and Cody Forrester have both already helped me with this! If a vehicle is not on the lot, I know Toni Forrester will do his best to find what I'm looking for, as he did with my 2015 Buick Encore, and a 2010 Honda Fit before that. I have trust and confidence in a sales experience with Forrester Lincoln.
