Have had 2 labs there and when we put the first one down they were very sympathetic and caring. They truly understand these pets are our family members.

Took my dog to be cremated there after he was euthanized. My dog was carted off in his blanket like a bag of potatoes. The young man asked me if I wanted the blanket back since it had poop on it.
I asked where the ashes would be spread, since it was a general cremation with other dogs, and I would not be getting any; The woman said she did not know. Not a place for TLC or gentle bedside manner which is needed when you put your precious pet down.
