  For one the cashier I got acted petty and kind of rude, I also don't like the atmosphere there. There were barley any larges in the girl section? When I found a large it looked like a small. That makes people feel bad but the people working there should say encouraging things and actually help.

  Me and my girlfriend drove to five different stores and couldnt find any white shorts her size . We asked one girl if we could get the shorts out of the store display she told us no and explained they couldnt. I went to another co worker and begged her how bad i needed them for tonight nd they were missing out on sales. Im not sure her name but she had half shaved hair cool cut and long story short she ended up letting me buy them. Thank god for her she's awesome. Give her a raise.

  I went to forever 21 I used to love it would buy my sons and daughters clothes here all the time. I picked out 3 pants excited I found these pants I bought a few months ago. I got them a size 26. When I went to the register I was informed they were on sale "wow even better" I paid for the item then went back to grab more because they were in sale. When they didn't have anymore size 26 I grabbed 27's went to try them on and realized that the 27's were small so imagine the 26!!! Went to the register to tell them I need bigger sizes. I never left the store JaKyra said she could not switch it!!! She couldn't return it couldn't exchange it but I could buy more of the bigger size. I understand no returns or store credit but I'm asking for the same item just a bigger size I even offered to buy more of the item in the bigger size. I mean what am I supposed to do with pants that don't fit me!!! Maybe I should have tried them on or maybe forever 21 should have better customer service. Not a friendly store and they definitely lost me as a customer I'm sure another store will appreciate my business!!! Forever 21 no longer exists to me and I will make sure that everyone know how awful the customer is!!

  My new favorite store now that they have men's clothing. Very fashionable and very affordable
