The location of the apartments is beautiful, I love the trees that surround the other apartments. There is definitely a beautiful view just by looking outside the window. It is a gated community and there is this big playground for the kids that live in the apartments. I went to visit my aunt and I really liked the units.

I have only to decline my experience here, it started out ok. Keep getting new management, but things seems to be concurrent and I'm displeased that I arrived home and my door was open after my apartment had flooded and the maintenance said he forgot to lock the door, how? It was wide open. Mold and mildew under the sink, the tub is still peeling where I asked for them to fix. The carpet has mildew in it. The bathroom ceiling has mildew and looks like it's about to fall in from where the apartment flooded above me. I'd post pics if I could. I'd just like things done properly, I pay properly. I also hope I don't get sick from this mold and mildew. If there's so much concern there would be taking pride in the place we reside, instead of posting the concern for the residents, how about do what's needed. I've talked to several different people in the office and I'm lied to and no one shows up, yet they keep saying they will. No emails or concerns to sugarcoat the actions of management and maintenance, just please do what was asked and said that's all I ask. Reply by fixing what needs to be fixed by honestly showing up, that's the only response needed. I don't want any problems from the mold, mildew, ceiling caulk falling, just please repair. Thanks

I was denied about a month ago. The Hispanic lady told me I was going to receive my money back within 7 days it's been a whole month and still haven't received anything. I just hope I get my money back. I work hard for that money. Most of the reviews I've seen are accurate.

Often times people read reviews and think that it may not be an issue with the complex. In this case, THERE IS.. I applied to Forest Cove on 8/14 and was denied.. No problem.. They told me that I would receive my money back within 7-10 business days. It is now 10/9 and I have YET to receive my money. They never call me to update me on when I would receive payment. I've called several times and each time the information is conflicting with the one before. Called corporate and still no update. CAN I GET MY MONEY PLEASE WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO???

From day one my experience has been horrible at Forest Cove. The day that I moved in my apartment wasn't ready. I was asked if I could move in at 4pm! My friend was helping me move that morning and didn't have all day to help. The cleaning company was still there trying to get my apartment ready last minute. The carpet was soaking wet, the tube had just been refinished the day before so I couldn't use the shower . there were scuff marks in the paint, the renovations were poorly done as well. The apartment was not nearly as nice as the model. While living at forest cove these past months I have been beyond dissatisfied. The trash is always over flowing attracting bees, strays and roaches. Bees swarmed my car while I was taking out my trash. It's unsanitary and unsafe. Last week all of the mailboxes where left open and this week my mail was stolen. The lack of security is alarming. There is a security guard but he only stays in the front and anyone can still drive into apartment complex since gate is broken and has been since I moved in May. I also don't understand why I'm being charged for pest control and no one sprays for pest unless you request it. If I'm being charged every month someone should be taking care of pest regardless. I found a spider in my bed twice! And there are spiders and webs all over the apartments.

Horrible conditions. It takes them months to check on any maintenance problems. Not worth the rent they charge. Also it's a dead zone for WiFi, phone, etc I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I live there it's horrible. Whole bunch of bugs. The survive there takes forever and they don't do nothing until you annoy them till the fullest. It's just to much I'm just waiting till my contract is over and I'm out!

I love the layout of my apartment but that's about it. We moved in 11 months ago and of those 11 months the gate worked for about a month and half. We have two soccer fields, but there is no area for tennis or basketball. Because the gates aren't fixed we have random people coming in out, my brother was followed by someone one night. They have security on sight but why have security when you can just fix the gates that way it is controlled with who comes in and out, 1 security guy can't patrol a whole entire apartment community. Of the variety of security officers they have there are couple who are majority of the time hanging out smoking. The plumbing in my kitchen and bathroom shower have been messed up for the last 3 or 4 months. The lock chain on my door broke only a few weeks after moving in. Theee are roaches everywhere and fruit flies/ gnats I assume in the bathroom where the caulk has come up and bugs are wont stop coming through. I see changes happening but ones that aren't effective and efficient for the community. We were also told that we would get fined and even evicted for having a BBQ grill on our patio but till this day I still see other tenants with grills on their patios and they grill out on their patios but nothing gets said.

There are a myriad of issues with this place, and no amount of "contacting the office so we can help make this better" will help you. I actually had one of the office workers laugh at me over the phone, so this place is the epitome of professionalism. Be careful what you sign, that's all I can say. If your apartment becomes infested with anything but roaches you won't be helped and they'll loophole you into paying extra for treatments, despite having to pay $20 per month for "pest control" you probably will never need and despite it clearly being their responsibility. There are shopping carts and soccer balls in the creek, tenants leave trash bags in the laundry units (which never work, our washing machine quite literally has a little piece of cardboard on it that says "no work" and has for two weeks) among other offerings this fine complex has to offer you. Yes, it's cheap. You get what you pay for, just remember that before visiting or signing a lease.

This is a horrible place to stay. I got locked out of my apartment not because I didn't have the key but because the door knob just decided it wanted to stop excepting my key. I called the maintenance man and he told me TO GOOGLE A LOCKSMITH. What's the point of having a maintenance man if he's not on duty when I need him!! They wouldn't even reimburse me for the $190 I had to pay. But they did want a copy of my new key. The laundromat is just for show it never works. I've tried to get the front office to help me and I even called the people who installed the laundromat and they gave me the run around. Not only was I cheated out of $190 replacing a lock ,but I have to leave my home to do laundry when it CLEARLY states we're suppose to have a laundromat!!!! THE RENT KEEPS GOING UP FOR NO GOOD REASON. My water bill increases and I don't understand why it's not like I'm using anymore water this month than last month. HOWEVER I have noticed they leave the water near the leasing office running at night. Speaking of the leasing office the people who run it are rude and inconsiderate, they do not care about you and they are very lazy. I wish I had read the reviews before moving into this place, because I feel like I truly played myself. DON'T PLAY YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE OVERPRICED LOW QUALITY APARTMENTS!!!!

The place looks beautiful on the outside but is ugly on the inside. Staff won't help you, practically have to beg for assistance.

Maintenance is a JOKE. They charge an outrageous amount of rent but they NEVER pick up the phone. They NEVER fix anything and when they finally show up to fix it, they don't fix it correctly. Not worth the headache might seem cheaper than other places but trust me its worth paying more money for a place that actually fixes your things

OK, so they're pretty jacked up inside. Fine. They're cheap for ATL. But ZERO help on anything from management. I had to move out suddenly and have been trying for weeks and weeks to get my lease terminated. I understood there was a fee and was willing to pay it, but I am still be charged straight up RENT and no one will respond.
